It's been two weeks since I had new tires installed. I noticed a screw in my front tire. I texted them and they came my place, replaced my tire free of charge. I took a chance on a new company and so far I am impressed.

Excellent service. The rap tried calling and I did not answer the call because I was working he text me and I didn't see the text till later on in the day about coming earlier than my scheduled appointment he showed up earlier than my scheduled appointment and my partner called me told me he was here I rushed back as quick as possible still made my appointment and he did the work and I was very pleased with it he even asked what pressure I wanted in my tires. I highly recommend Treads to everyone out there.

This was the best tire buying experience I’ve ever had. First off treads changed their price and when I asked them about it they said they would give me the old price, which they honored. The technician got here and was very very nice. Told me to give him 45 min and He’ll be done. No joke almost 45 min on the dot he calls me and tells me he is done. New tires no hassle no worries. The perfect experience

Customer service is extremely helpful here. I was having issues on the app and they helped out super fast. I signed up on Monday and the service tech was out to my house by Wednesday afternoon installing my new tires. I definitely recommend this company!!
