Initial install of my tires was super easy and I never had to leave my house! Tires were beautiful and life was good! My only reason for the loss of the star was the responses to my tire needing to be replaced a month later. Roadside assistance came out quickly but only put on the donut and did not provide a replacement and was super rude when I asked him questions about the replacement. Then when I went on the app to make an appointment to have the tire replaced it was several days out. The kicker was that during that time I was getting marketing messages asking what questions I had that were keeping me from signing up as a customer and on the day of the appointment they were almost two hours late arriving. Minor issues for sure, but annoying and inconvenient and they cost a star. I’m leaning to it being a fluke! I’ll be sure to review again if any further issues come up!

Too early for a 5 star. They were awesome when it came to being on time and installing the new tires.
