I bought a traxxas slash 1/16 4x4 on 1/5/2020. Worked great no concerns the first 5 uses. Then the steering servo started making a ratcheting that progressively got worse. I called traxxas and they sent out a gear set no charge, even though out of 30 day warranty. I replaced and shortly after it started doing it again. Called traxxas back and told them, zack said they would send out a new servo, no charge. Still out of warranty. I have never purchased a new rc car before and must say that if / whwn i do, it will be traxxas next time. Thank you

I purchased my 1st T-Maxx 2.5 nitro 4 weeks ago and after the engine was broken-in the truck kept blowing glow plugs constantly after running for about 5 mins and wasn't shifting to 2nd gear! I called technical support for assistance and spoke to Chris explained to him in-depth what was going on with my truck and i have to say he was very professional and courteous. After he made sure i was using the genuine Traxxas glow plugs as well as the recommended 20 percent nitro fuel he told me to go ahead and ship it back to them for repair. P.S shipping was on the house. (Thumbs up for the great customer support). Now this is where all the excitement starts as soon as they received my truck an email was sent to confirm the status and to inform me that they'll keep me posted as they further diagnose it. Four hours later i receive an email stating the following 1- engine was replaced as a courtesy 2- pipe was replaced as well and the transmission is now shifting properly. This by far was an amazing experience. Thank you Chris and thanks for all the hard work provided by the technical support department. Thanks Traxxas please keep the good work up!

best rc car i've ever owned other than the parts braking almost every time i race it but sice i put $220.00 into it its worked perfectly including my parts i use ONLY for racing.

I have had only great experiences with Traxxas. The cars are great and great fun to play with. Out of the box, my car had an issue with a broken tire. Traxxas sent a replacement. The CSRs and repair techs have been courteous and knowledgeable. Very helpful people.

Bought a trx4 from my local hobby shop. Purchased a wireless link and my receiver would not update. After a 3 minute conversation with support, they sent me a new one free of charge.

Amazing customer service expirence. Always there for me! I've had multiple batteries swell up on me but they always are willing to exchange it for a new one!

Could not be happier with the customer support at traxxas. I called them with an issue with a truck that all of a sudden had a mind of its own and would take off down the road uncontrollable at top speed. And with a 3 cell 5000 mah lipo battery you could imagine that cringing sight. Long story short when the truck finally crashed into a parked car there were a few bumps and bruises along with some destroyed axles and other closely related parts. A short 5 minute phone call with a fella named Colton and they shipped me not only the parts I needed but they were their upgraded parts. Two thumbs way up and Colton needs a promotion. Thanks again traxxas

I bought an E Revo, I love the little thing ! Am 19 and it's kinda like grownup fun toys .
