TraxxasReviews of traxxas.com

Traxxas is probably the most standup company I’ve ever dealt with. I am on my fourth RC car with them and everything that needed replacement or attention they handled immediately. My son has a Traxxas max and the ESC and motor we’re having an issue communicating. I mailed it back to them and they called me this morning to let me know that they received my package with a rip in it and it was completely empty except for my paperwork. The representative was awesome to deal with I didn’t even have to ask him he said will take care of you man I’m sending you out a new motor and new ESC no charge. This is the reason I only buy Traxxas radio controlled.

The reason I'm giving check is five stars is because their customer support was awesome I looked on the internet forever I could never find my problem but when I called Traxxas they helped me out pretty quickly and I got it solved so I really recommend Traxxas

What an amount of hate against Traxxas?? I have a Maxx and a Stampede and enjoy them a lot. Sure, when i drive like a total idiot stuff breaks. That is totally on myself and my driving style. They produce one of the toughest rc (Maxx), which is a quality product. If you get into rc you will replace parts and do maintenance. I believe 80% of the people here did not know or realise what having rc hobby really means. Bye

I have many Traxxas products and they are the Apple of the RC world. Great products and customer service.

I have 3 different slashes and countless other models with no other issues. Love the customer service, Treat them like a real humans and they take care of you like family. Look at the google reviews and not this bs website.

Bought a Traxxas Maxx on 11 16 2020. The ESC blew after a week. I called Traxxas support. They sent me an Return Merchandise Authorisation e-mail. I followed the step outlined and shipped my Maxx to them. They got it at 9 am. By noon they replaced the ESC free of charge and are shipping back to me free of charge. Every one I spoke with was professional and helpful. I will buy Traxxas again. And I recommend Traxxas to anyone looking for an RC product. P.S. Traxxas had my Maxx less then 3 hours b4 they fixed it. Free of charge and put it on the UPS truck headed my way same day free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I had a problem with the ESC in my Xmaxx, so I called customer service for Traxxas they were knowledgeable friendly and told me exactly how I needed to go about sending both the ESC and motor in so they could test out the set to make sure there wasn’t a problem with the motor as well ! After a couple of weeks (sending me emails periodically) they sent me a new ESC and my old motor with a clean bill of health. I wasn’t only happy with them covering my old ESC but the level of customer service from my first phone call and the emails that let me know they received the items to status reports and finally receiving a new ESC. Service above and beyond, thank you Traxxas !

Warranty customer service was quick and easy.
