Bought the mosquitoe zappers. They were atrociously priced for how cheap quality they looked. Used them in a dark room over multiple nights as recommended and still woke up with mosquito bites. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and unresponsive about the supposed 30 day money back guarantee. Do not buy from this website please.

The coffee grinder does not seal properly and spewed coffee around the kitchen. I’ve contacted customer service and in order for me to return it, I have to prove that there’s something wrong with it which I did and now they’re ghosting me. Worst Customer-service ever. Bad experience overall. I’m very upset about the whole experience!

For 4 years I have been using a Hasika camping tent for SUV which is very similar in design, however very early the straps proved weak and easily broke... I am very pleased at the design of the Traverseon, the material is highly superior in quality and construction as well as the straps and adjustable vehicle perimeter mounting (Cord that tightens to seal against vehicle) system, which does not exist in the Hasika model. Over all I give the Traverseon unit a 10 out of 10 rating.

Stay away from this company! I ordered two neck fans that I needed for a trip that I was taking. I ordered them almost a month in advance to give them plenty enough time to get here, and I exchanged emails with both the founder of the company and the support team, informing them of when the absolute latest that I could receive them would be. They assured me that they were on it and I should expect to receive them in time. These communications and assurances took place over several emails. I was forced to order through Amazon via my son’s prime account when the day for leaving on the trip quickly approached. To make a long story short, the fans did not arrive before my trip. They took 25 days to get from the business to my house, with no update on tracking until the day before they were delivered. In the meantime, I found the exact same fans on Amazon for a cheaper price. The company was very willing to communicate with me, assuring me that everything would work out, while the fans were in transit. But once delivered, and I asked for a refund and a return label to ship them back, all communication stopped. I no longer received emails from neither the support team or the founder, Johann. They state on their website that they will issue refunds when there are fulfillment issues, and this was a fulfillment issue, the issue being that the fans had ample time to get to me so that I could use them, but they did not. They were not able to be used, so now I am stuck with duplicate fans. The company took six valuable days out of the 25 total days to create a shipping label. They take your money and then they leave you hanging. Stay away from this company! They don’t care about their customers once they get your money.

Ordered their $100 "car-mounted camping shower tent" where all the pictures included a fold-out frame that attaches to a roof rack and a description that highlighted "quick easy setup". I was obviously not doing my best reading to find the fine print that said "frame not included". The package arrived as a tiny cheap piece of canvas, no frame. I emailed them to ask for a refund since it's useless (and way overpriced) to me without the frame. they offered instead a discount on the pictured frame...which they don't sell. My followup email had no response for weeks until I pinged them and they said "our product matches the description and wasn't defective so we can't offer a return". Going back to the listing definitely makes me realize they want to trick people into buying their cheap product and then deny a return, guess I fell for it. Also, the 4.76 star review on the product is definitely fake--all the reviews are so insanely vague and read very AI generated. hope this can save others from being scammed. kicking myself for not seeing it before I burned $100

Nobody responds to the support emails

I just spent 3 weeks on a roadtrip with the camping platform! I wrote a review on their website when I first installed it, and I am even more thrilled with it now! The quality is really great and I love all the features. The platform is sturdy and doesn't make noise while driving. The drawers are smooth opening and lock back into place easily. We often stopped to make lunch on the side of the road, just pulling out the drawers for counter space. It was so convenient! I can't wait for longer term camping when we can use the sink and stove set up. I do plan on buying a water pump to fit in the little notch. My only advice to other customers is to expect at least a month ship time. It's coming from China and I think there is a bit of a language barrier bridged by AI translation. It was a bit nerve wracking putting down that much money and not really having any tracking information, but the team at Traverseon sent me screen shots of the shipping after a few weeks to ease my anxiety. I highly recommend this product! I did my research and there really was nothing else that compared for the price.

Update: After almost two months and weekly emails to the company, they have stopped responding. DO NOT order from them unless you are 100% positive that you want to keep the product. They do not honor the return/refund policy at all. The only option they have given me is to pay to send the chair back to China, which is completely unreasonable and would cost me almost as much as I paid for the chair. This is because they claim they sent my order from China because domestic inventory was unavailable and they wanted to get the product to me "as fast as humanly possible." It still took several weeks to receive my order. I believe these are all tactics to avoid having to rectify the error on their end of sending me the incorrect product. I ordered a chair and received the wrong color. This was after very delayed shipping times and conflicting tracking information. I reached out to the company and they tried to offer a partial discount after I requested a full refund and to return the chair. I declined, and then they offered to send me the correct chair. Their website says hassel free returns, but they have now gone silent and will not tell me how to get my refund. All communication seems to be AI driven. I tried posting a review on the website and they seem to have blocked it. The product isn't worth the price, and the customer service is terrible. I just want my refund. I would recommend staying away from Traverseon.
