TravelShack.comReviews of travelshack.com

Had a great time with Nanci being our tour guide. I have been to Oahu several times but this was the most enjoyable and informative tour. Nanci went above and beyond what we expected.

Booking through Travel Shack was easy and worked well. The experience we booked was amazing with no problems when we arrived at the venue.

This company is outstanding, and I highly recommend if you want to do any activity in Hawaii, please contact this company. One of the members in our party could not attend the luau we had booked, and Tyler worked very aggressive to obtain a refund for us with the luau company. I cannot say enough about how this company ensures they meet their customers' expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our circle tour of Oahu with Nancy. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and simply a wonderful person! We were fortunate to have a tour to ourselves with our family of four. Our stop at Pearl Harbor was efficient and not too long for the kids. Every stop was wonderful and well planned. Nancy was able to add in a special stop for my daughter to the Sunrise Shack on the North Shore. She recommended that our kids swing like Tarzan from banyan tree vines. They LOVED it! This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND🌸🤙🌸.

I booked 3 small group tours through TravelShack, 1 on each island, Oahu, Maui and Hawaii. The communication with TravelShack was great. Each of the tours was fantastic and just what I was looking for on my first trip to the Hawaii. Highly recommend.

This site was very easy to use. I found it refreshing as a matter of fact. We are looking forward to your Fabulous Luau in August for celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary!!! Thank you so much.

We vacationed in Maui for my parents wedding anniversary. We reached out to the company since the website stated a wait list was already in place. Tyler did a wonderful job accommodating our luau adventure. We had a group of 8 which included 4 children and 4 adults. We have 4 of us with a gluten allergy. We were sent a text confirming the allergy prior to the event. Upon arriving at the luau, every person we spoke to was welcoming and enthusiastic. The 4 kids loved every moment. Our server, Amanda, was caring and kind. She took the time to share exactly what dish she was putting at the table and if it was gluten free or not. All dishes were delicious! The luau itself was entertaining and captured our attention for the entire time. Thank you for making our luau experience memorable! Erin G.

Our large party easily booked the Luau at The Wailea Beach Marriott using the online system. We realized that we would like to be seated near each other. We reached out by text and Tyler came to the rescue! He gathered each of our individual bookings and got everything organized for us. He was even able to add three extra bookings during the process. He went above and beyond! We were so impressed with the level of communication and attentiveness so we went back to book the Molokini Crater & Turtle Arches Snorkel Cruise. We are so excited to have our trip so well planned for us. TravelShack.com will definitely be our "go to" for future Hawaiian vacation planning. Thank you Tyler!
