Wonderful service! Helped us get an oxygen concentrator for our infant for air travel. Logan was very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend !

Ms. Ladd: I think you have us confused with another company. We DO NOT DO TANKS. We provided the portable oxygen concentrator rental for your son in October. We DO NOT have an emergency line. We are available 24/7. I have gone through all of my phone records for every Monday and every weekend and there are no calls from you. Again, I recall you calling Liberty Medical to see if we rented tanks and I told you we do not and referred you elsewhere.

My first experience with Liberty…
My first experience with Liberty Medical was July 2017.I feel most fortunate to have had Jace Hensley,operations Manager,to assist me thru two POC rentals and ultimately my purchase of my Inogen One G3 in August of this year. Jace has always been most professional,courteous,competent and efficient. She made my rental and purchase experiences joy.Similarly,Logan Lee,Logistics Director,and Toney Carrasco insured my prompt receipt of my POCs.I have nothing but praise for Liberty Medical.An excellent company!!!

I rented a oxygen concentrator from…
I rented a oxygen concentrator from Liberty Medical for an airplane trip that I had booked before I knew I had an oxygen problem. They got the equipment to me in plenty of time. The instructions were very easy to understand and the return process was simple. I plan on buying equipment for travel from Liberty Mutual as soon as I find out exactly what I need.
