I booked flights through TravelOuts on a Saturday evening, but one of our connecting flights was cancelled. I received a direct call from a TravelOuts representative, David Wilson, who found us very similar flights, to and guaranteed our prices. Although I wasn't previously familiar with this company, I am impressed by their representatives' dedication to customer satisfaction.

Absolutely horrible experience-I made a reservation, received a call that they wanted me to pay more, I said no. They came back with a lower offer, I said to cancel my reservation. I feel like these people are scammers. Why sell me a ticket and then call to ask for more money- not a legitimate company for sure- ended up making another reservation at a lower price than want they quoted.

Alan was very helpful and made sure to call me back. He called me to inform me that my tickets were on hold and that the prices went up. I confirmed the change and he sent me follow up emails. He was a great help through this process.
