Working with Travel Outlook was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. The reservations I carefully made were completely messed up, and getting help was a grueling ordeal. When I finally reached an agent, the treatment was shocking—rude, dismissive, and full of blame as if the disaster was my fault. The entire experience wasted my time, drained my energy, and cost me both money and peace of mind. This company shows no regard for its customers and should be avoided at all costs.

Agents were rude and condescending! The agent talked like he knew everything but couldn't even help us makes changes in our booking! He placed me on hold for an hour, but in the end, dropped the call and I had to call back and go through the entire process with another rude agent!!! It was extremely frustrating!!! Agents shouldn't be arrogant and disrespectful!

Their services are terirble and just made me frustrated! Customer service was awful and rude to me as well. they kept giving me answers that didn't solve any of my problems! Not worth the money!

These people are awful at their jobs. They messed up my reservations and ruined my dream trip. Their poor attitude meant I had to suffer constantly over my 7-day trip. It was ridiculously stressful. I am never trusting them again. Neither should you. They are mindless people who can mess up simple things.

The service from Travel Outlook is not too bad. It’s not the best, but it’s at least decent at best. However, the issue I have with dealing with Travel Outlook is that it has horrible customer service. The customer service representatives I’ve talked to were very rude and disrespectful and unable to resolve my problem.

Working remotely doesn't save you from the stress and the management's toxicity. Although you don't have to be with the managers, they still manage to put a ton of pressure on the employees with their unreasonable goals and unreachable targets. I don't think I have ever been as stressed as I am now as an employee of Travel Outlook.

Simple questions were met with vague answers, and any attempt to get meaningful assistance felt like pulling teeth. For a company that claims to prioritize customer service, they utterly failed to deliver.

The staff seemed egocentric, more concerned with their image than actually helping me solve any issues. I expected a hospitality-oriented service, but what I got was a cold, dismissive experience that lacked basic-decency. They showed no accountability, just excuses, and a clear unwillingness to make things right. I'll never recommend Travel Outlook to anyone- save yourself the headache.
