I've had countless issues with booking, and every attempt to reach customer service resulted in frustratingly long waits with little to no meaningful help. My concerns were dismissed instead of properly addressed, making the entire experience even more disappointing. The service itself was far below expectations and nothing like what was advertised. Do not waste your time or money on Travel Outlook.

Confusing Service and Inconsistent Communication
Interactions felt inconsistent from the beginning, like responses depended on who you were dealing with at the moment, and not everyone seemed aligned on the same information, which made simple requests take longer than expected. At times it felt like things were being handled reactively instead of through a clear system, so you’d follow up more than you should have to… and even then, it wasn’t always clear if the issue was fully resolved.

Whatever method this place uses is an absolute mess
I have gone through one issue after another with bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations. The staff acts in a way that makes it clear you cannot count on them, and the people in charge feel completely out of their depth. I have no idea what is happening behind those doors, how anyone is being trained, or what kind of system is in place, but the result is nothing short of awful.

Remote doesn't have to mean disconnected, but this service proves otherwise
From the very beginning, communication was an absolute disaster. Every message vanished into thin air, and every follow-up felt like shouting into the void. Representatives constantly contradicted one another, and not a single person seemed capable of making a real decision. The problem wasn't the remote setup—it was the complete breakdown of coordination, leadership, and basic professionalism. No customer should ever have to chase the very people they're paying to do their job.

Great people, chaotic structure, and training that feels like a choose-your-own-adventure gone wrong
Review:
Where to start. Most of management is actually great — Itala, Towanda, Tonya, Michelle, Renee, and a few others genuinely try to make the place better. The hiring staff and trainers, however, are hit-or-miss. You’ll hear five different answers to one question, and if you follow the wrong one, the mistake is somehow your fault.
Training:
They call it “training,” but it’s mostly “read this, watch that, take a test.” If you don’t understand something, you’re expected to figure it out on the fly on systems that make old Commodore's blush. Compared to other companies I’ve worked for, it’s slightly better — but still far from ideal.
The Kennedy Quest:
An absolute nightmare. You’re expected to ask 80 questions on every call to sound “personal,” even when the person on the other end clearly doesn’t want to talk. During the California wildfires, I had to ask people a long list of questions before I could even tell them we were booked. Nothing says “customer care” like a questionnaire in a crisis.
The worst part? Their entire call script is built around “showing empathy,” but if you actually do show empathy and go off-script, you get marked down for it. Apparently, compassion is only acceptable when it’s pre-approved. Same goes with their version of the 'truth.'
Overall thoughts:
Working from home is a definite plus. The job itself swings between “easy money” and “how is this company still operating?” The team leads are often cool, though occasionally inconsistent. The warning and write-up policies feel like they were invented by a peacock with a concussion, but hey, that’s corporate life.
Ratings:
People: 3.5 to 4 out of 5, depending on who you get. Some deserve a solid 10, others dive deep into the negatives.
Job: 4 out of 5 when you aren’t being blamed for someone else’s misinformation or punished for actually helping customers.
Company: The owner, John, seems nice, though I never spoke to him personally. The company’s intentions seem good, but the execution often misses the mark by the equator.
Would I work there again?
Probably not. The turnover in 2023 was understandable — by 2025, it feels like you’re just a voice behind a phone line for a company that calls you “family” but wouldn’t recognize you on the sidewalk. Still, I genuinely wish the good ones there all the best.
Final advice:
If you apply, remember this rule: if you can survive training and the 90-day trial period, you’ll still just be a voice to them. Otherwise, good luck with your job search, and don’t forget to floss.

Deceptive Promises That End in Regret
If I could give this company zero stars, I would without hesitation. My entire experience with this so-called travel agency was a complete disaster. I booked a flight with the assurance of a flexible ticket - one that allowed changes and refunds - but the moment my deposit was paid, everything turned into a nightmare. Hidden fees appeared out of nowhere, restrictions multiplied, and every promise made before payment suddenly vanished. Reaching customer service was a battle on its own. Calls were ignored, messages went unanswered, and on the rare occasion someone picked up, all I got were hollow reassurance that led nowhere. Every agent told a different story, none of which was true. The dishonesty here is staggering, and the lack of accountability is even worse. This company feeds on deception and has no regard for its customers. Spare yourself the frustration and stay as far away from this place as you can.

Customer service that drains patience instead of helping
The experience was frustrating from start to finish. Support was inconsistent, responses were delayed, and the service felt unprofessional. Promises of reliable communication fell apart in practice, leaving customers waiting and repeating themselves over and over. What should have been a simple process turned into a headache that wasted time and energy.

The unhelpful agent caused me so much stress!!
This experience was unbearable. The agent was completely unhelpful caused me endless stress!! On top of that, he was rude and inattentive. He clearly was not listening and kept asking for the same details over and over again!! Meanwhile, I could hear other agents yelling and cursing in the background!! The whole place sounded toxic and chaotic!!
