I've had countless issues with booking, and every attempt to reach customer service resulted in frustratingly long waits with little to no meaningful help. My concerns were dismissed instead of properly addressed, making the entire experience even more disappointing. The service itself was far below expectations and nothing like what was advertised. Do not waste your time or money on Travel Outlook.

Interactions felt inconsistent from the beginning, like responses depended on who you were dealing with at the moment, and not everyone seemed aligned on the same information, which made simple requests take longer than expected. At times it felt like things were being handled reactively instead of through a clear system, so you’d follow up more than you should have to… and even then, it wasn’t always clear if the issue was fully resolved.

I have gone through one issue after another with bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations. The staff acts in a way that makes it clear you cannot count on them, and the people in charge feel completely out of their depth. I have no idea what is happening behind those doors, how anyone is being trained, or what kind of system is in place, but the result is nothing short of awful.

From the very beginning, communication was an absolute disaster. Every message vanished into thin air, and every follow-up felt like shouting into the void. Representatives constantly contradicted one another, and not a single person seemed capable of making a real decision. The problem wasn't the remote setup—it was the complete breakdown of coordination, leadership, and basic professionalism. No customer should ever have to chase the very people they're paying to do their job.

This experience was unbearable. The agent was completely unhelpful caused me endless stress!! On top of that, he was rude and inattentive. He clearly was not listening and kept asking for the same details over and over again!! Meanwhile, I could hear other agents yelling and cursing in the background!! The whole place sounded toxic and chaotic!!

Working with Travel Outlook was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. The reservations I carefully made were completely messed up, and getting help was a grueling ordeal. When I finally reached an agent, the treatment was shocking—rude, dismissive, and full of blame as if the disaster was my fault. The entire experience wasted my time, drained my energy, and cost me both money and peace of mind. This company shows no regard for its customers and should be avoided at all costs.

Agents were rude and condescending! The agent talked like he knew everything but couldn't even help us makes changes in our booking! He placed me on hold for an hour, but in the end, dropped the call and I had to call back and go through the entire process with another rude agent!!! It was extremely frustrating!!! Agents shouldn't be arrogant and disrespectful!
