TravelousReviews of travelous.com

Our guides were exceptional. Hotels were great. Cruise ship was mediocre.

Our trip to Egypt was organized perfectly. Not a single issue with itineraries or guides.

The best part of this company is the quality of guides and representatives they have on the ground in Egypt. We loved every guide and felt so taken care of. The itinerary was a good overview for our first trip to Egypt. There is room for improvement with the pre trip communication. Most of it felt last minute and rushed for a trip we booked over a year in advance. As veteran trip planners, we wanted to see as much as possible and not waste time. I feel like I should have been more forceful about this pre-trip, as we ended up having to update things as we went and there was some needless downtime.

What an amazing trip to Egypt with Travelous. They took any stress and guess work away so we could focus on our experience. The guides Samah Sayed and Atef Fadl we’re amazing and a wonderful source of knowledge. The airport representatives Hesham Mohamed and Hamadon Sabry along with the drivers were awesome. Strongly recommend Travelous. Thank you Chris for the best layed out plan to make our trip perfect. Well done to you and your team !!!

They planned a trip of a life time. All personal was friendly, professional. Would use again.

Every detail was excellent, Chris does an amazing job organizing your trip and attending to all the details to be sure your trip is fabulous!

Travelous has taken me and my family & friends to Egypt, Jordan and most recently in Nov of this year to Israel. If I could sum up the benefit, it simply comes down to customer service. Travelous was with us even while we on the trip. If we had an issue they responded to an email within hours. That security cannot be undervalued. The accommodations, travel in country and guides exceeded our expectations. We will travel with Travelous again in 2023 and recommend them without reservation.

I loved Eman. She was so much fun to be around. And Ezz our driver was great too. Seeing the pyramids was a once in a life time experience.
