Booked a tour that advertised 4 stops in Lanzarote. We got 2 of them and a sales call at an Aloe Vera shop (there are Aloe Vera shops on every corner, no need to stop here). We also had to detour on the way back so some people could change coaches which then resulted in us making more stop-offs on the way back that on the way there. Took us 2 hours from leaving the last location (which should have been the second last location if the tour had been accurate) to get back to the hotel. Missed lunch because of this - there was no stop for lunch as was intimated in the tour description. Will not book with Travelon again, they may only be the tour booking agent but if they aren't booking accurate tours then the are mis-selling. €170 down the drain.

Title: Disgraceful treatment of a disabled passenger – Fuerteventura ferry excursion I booked a day excursion to Fuerteventura through TravelOn, and what should have been an enjoyable day turned into an absolutely shocking and exhausting experience. I am disabled and rely on a mobility scooter due to my limited ability to walk. When we arrived in Fuerteventura, I discovered there was nowhere at the port to hire a mobility scooter for the day. I was left stranded in extreme heat, unable to explore the island or enjoy the excursion I had paid for. I tried desperately to find somewhere that could provide a scooter, but received no practical assistance. Nobody seemed interested in helping me find a solution. By 11 am, I was already exhausted, distressed and considering returning to Lanzarote early because I simply couldn’t manage. What makes this particularly upsetting is that I had raised accessibility needs before the excursion. If a company sells excursions to disabled customers, there should be clear information about accessibility and what assistance is or isn’t available at the destination. I felt completely abandoned. I had paid for a day out, only to be left in a situation where I couldn’t enjoy it and had to worry about how I was going to get back. Disabled passengers deserve better than this. TravelOn needs to take accessibility seriously, communicate honestly about the limitations of its excursions and ensure customers are not left without support when things go wrong. I would not recommend this excursion to anyone who depends on mobility equipment without first obtaining clear confirmation of all the accessibility arrangements. An extremely disappointing experience that ruined what should have been a lovely day of my holiday.

We booked an excursion in August to el rancho Texas for the nighttime entertainment. We were left stood at the pick up point in 28 degree heat for one hour trying to contact someone about this issue. No one returned any messages or calls and we could not get through to the venue. Eventually I had a reply on what’s app and was told to put everything in an email. I included what’s app messages and emails we had sent at the time. I was assured that this would be looked into and someone would get back to me. No one did so I have had to put in a payment dispute with the bank and have been told that if no one replies by the 23rd October I will receive a refund!!! Three months later. Avoid at all costs!!

We booked a short Volcano tour while in Puerto del Carmen. This took in Timanfaya National Park. The booking process was easy and I was updated with answers to any questions I had swiftly. We were picked up on time, by our fantastic guide Michael and driver Miguel. Michael was the perfect guide, full of interesting information and entertaining commentary - he was very funny! Thoroughly recommended.

Worst service ever, Total liars

Left us in the national park in Lanzarote as were a few minutes late to the bus due to my 7 yrs old daughter being unwell in the toilet. Spoke to a very very rude woman. No apologies at all about leaving us and taking all of our bags / belongs with medication and sun screen in the and leaving us on the middles of nowhere. It was all our fault, we were stupid and we should have been on the bus. When you have a sick child you could be a few minutes behind……..I’ve never been spoken to and shouted down like that in all my 43 year. Clearly no one has ever had an issue like this before or been a bit late. You will be abandoned with no way to return without chasing and calling in a frantic panic for them to turn around. When asking other passengers on the bus they told us they did not wait more than a couple of minutes before leaving us in the middle of nowhere in a blind panic.

Absolutely awful service, I had to cancel a trip due to an asthma attack, (it was diving with sharks trip) i was told that I could transfer the deposit to another trip, which I tried to do, I spent 4 days trying to do this and got Absolutely no where, the last conversation was did you book and pay for a trip ?? This was after 3 days explaining the situation and what I wanted to do, Absolutely useless company will never book through them ever again !!! IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BOOKING WITH THESE DON'T DO IT !!!

Booked a buggy tour that was available on the site, paid for it in full, got an email saying it wasn’t available but there was another one 100 euros more expensive, asked for a refund, 5-10 days apparently which is nonsense and at which point our holiday would have been over. Horrendous service. Avoid and book somewhere local and in person.
