The price quoted on your site only included a personal item to take on the plane. One cannot expected to travel for any period of time without luggage. in order to be permitted a carry on, I had to pay an additional $120/person. This made the trip more than I wanted to spend, but when I tried to cancel, i was advised that part of the trip was already confirmed and was non-refundable; therefore I was forced to book the trip at this higher price which made me quite unhappy, since I am a senior on a fixed income.

False advertisement. They advertise the lowest ticket price that was ever available to entice you, but if you call to confirm the ticket price, it's actually comparable to what other websites offer or higher. For example, the ticket price per person was $290 on their website. When I called to ensure pricing and availibilty were correct, I was told that the $290/person was sold out and it would be $1,000/person.
