Do not use this travel company they are in an absolute scam you will see amazing price up front and then come to find out you will not be able to bring anything with you not a check back or a personal item and then they will up charge you so you can bring a carry-on bag worst company I've ever dealt with and Sharon Smith was the worst agent I have ever dealt with completely rude and was always threatening me telling me my money was non-refundable that I had to pay more she even said I couldn't even bring myself on and then on top of that I get scam calls from other people claiming to be the airlines with all of my information trying to change my flights and charge me more money wanting my credit card numbers so obviously they sell your information to third parties 100% do not recommend this place I will never ever use a third party travel agent I will go Direct

Booked tickets at $855 only to get a call saying it's in high demand and I now have to pay 1500 to get my confirmation mind you this flight is for Jan 8th DO YOU RESEARCH THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! no carry on allowed wanted to charge for that which is a lie and I verified it with Southwest that everyone is entitled to a carry on. We just flew with them a week ago. after arguing they finally agreed to cancel it for a 200$ which I said absolutely not also verified with SW they don't charge to cancel a flight especially with this much advanced notice. You can't promote something none price then change it. They don't honor their prices.thank God my CC hadn't been charged and I locked it. Threatening the BBB and lawyers of fraud will get involved.Every person I talked to sounded foreign so I doubt its even a USA based company typical India speaking scammers

I want to make something very clear: **My frustration is not with the agent who assisted me, but with the company itself and how this entire situation was handled.** Apparently, the two tickets I originally purchased were part of some promotional deal that the agent described as being intended for people needing to fly out quickly. However, these tickets did not include carry-on luggage. My son and I are traveling for **FOUR DAYS** so that I can attend my college graduation, something I have worked extremely hard to accomplish! Of course, we need clothing, personal belongings, and most importantly, I need to bring my **cap and gown so I can WALK ACROSS THAT STAGE!** 🎓 When I explained my situation and requested a refund so I could purchase tickets that actually accommodated our travel needs, the company refused. I was basically told that I could book elsewhere, but I would lose the money I had already spent. My only other option was to pay an **additional $252** to change our tickets and include carry-on luggage. To make matters worse, my original return date was changed, forcing us to stay an additional day because keeping my original date would have cost another $100! That means another day of expenses that I never planned for. On top of that, our original arrival time of **12:15 PM was changed to 10:00 PM**, causing us to lose practically an entire afternoon of our trip! What was supposed to be an affordable trip for approximately **$382 has now turned into hundreds of dollars in additional expenses**, not including the extra costs associated with staying another day. I understand that companies have policies, but where is the compassion, understanding, and willingness to work with customers when unexpected situations arise? I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted to make sure my son and I could travel with the necessities for one of the most important milestones of my life. **My message to everyone is PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE be careful with these so-called promotional deals! READ, READ, READ EVERYTHING before purchasing!** Make sure you understand exactly what is included, what isn't included, and what restrictions apply. Sometimes that advertised low price isn't what you'll actually end up paying! I worked too hard to reach this graduation milestone to have what should be a joyful experience overshadowed by unnecessary financial stress and frustration. **I'm still going to walk across that stage, and I'm still going to celebrate what God has allowed me to accomplish!** But I also believe companies should be transparent about their pricing and show a little more understanding toward the customers who spend their hard-earned money with them. **A DEAL ISN'T REALLY A DEAL WHEN IT ENDS UP COSTING YOU MORE THAN YOU BARGAINED FOR!**

Terrible Experience I had an absolutely horrible experience with Travelocase. I purchased my flight tickets at a specific price, only to be contacted afterward and told that I needed to pay a significantly higher amount to guarantee my tickets. This is completely unacceptable and misleading! How can a company advertise tickets at one price, accept a customer’s payment, and then demand additional money to secure the booking. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. Customers deserve transparency, honest pricing, and reliable service, especially when booking flights.My advice to everyone is to book your flights directly through the airline instead of using third-party companies like Travelocase. It is much better to avoid these unnecessary problems, unexpected charges, and stressful situations. Saving a few dollars is simply not worth the headache. I deeply regret booking through this company, and I will never use their services again.Save yourself the frustration and book directly with the airline.

Travelocase engaged in bait-and-switch tactics. After submitting a booking request, they refused to provide an official airline confirmation number (PNR), issuing only an internal 'Booking ID.' They then called me to demand a higher price to finalize the ticket. Fortunately, I realized what was happening, locked my bank card before they could charge me, and sent a formal cancellation email. When they realized they couldn't get my money, the customer service agents tried to intimidate me with fake threats, claiming they would 'transfer the issue to the airline' and falsely claiming money couldn't be refunded (even though they hadn't even charged me yet). Be warned: they hold your booking hostage to force an upcharge. Book directly with airlines instead."

SCAM SCAM SCAMMMMMM!!! they give you cheap tickets and only after you pay you get to read the terms and conditions. i booked and after not receiving a confirmation email i called the 1800 number. the first representative said to wait 30-60 mins. after waiting 5.5 hours i called again. first they had an issue with their website that it was “down”. when he did get it back up he lets me know that the plane only has 1 seat available so we would either have to be separated, book a different flight for a different date or upgrade my seating and pay the difference… i state that the terms and conditions were given to you to read AFTER you pay. the representation i talked to after the 5.5 hour wait give me different names, gives an attitude when we did nothing wrong and they are the scammers. SCAMMM DONT BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE

Terrible scammers, do not book with this company; they will rip you off. They need to be shut down immediately; all the good reviews are probably bots!

Do not book from this website. I booked a flight for my family of four and was called the next day saying it was going to be 2 1/2 times as much. Customer service representatives are rude and said they would not refund the money. Avoid them at all costs.
