As you can tell from some of the reviews below, many of the five-star reviews are extremely brief and generic comments such as, “Jake did a great job.” In my opinion, this raises serious questions about how representative these reviews are of actual customer experiences. I would highly recommend reading the one-star reviews before doing business with this company. In my opinion, that is where you will get a much clearer picture of the experiences people have had and the problems you may encounter. My experience with this company was completely different. Despite being repeatedly told that I could not cancel, I ultimately received confirmation that my account was cancelled and that I would not be charged. The high-pressure tactics throughout the process were extremely frustrating. Here are the steps I took: Once the terms of the agreement changed, I immediately disputed the situation and made it clear that I did not agree to the new terms. While the credit card transaction was still processing, I contacted my bank and took steps to prevent any further charges. I informed the company clearly and repeatedly that I was cancelling and would not authorize payment, regardless of how many times I was told that cancellation was not allowed. Eventually, I received an email confirming the cancellation and stating that there would be no charges. Do not let high pressure tactics prevent you from advocating for yourself. Keep copies of every email, document, and communication, and carefully read everything they send you. Despite repeatedly being told that I could not cancel, the end result speaks for itself: I received written confirmation that the account was cancelled with no charges. Before signing up with this company, I strongly recommend taking the time to read through the one-star reviews not just the overall star rating.

DO NOT work with these people. They're just an Indian call center running a scam to get your card details and skim off the top of your ticket. My mom booked a flight for my infant son and I to come for a family member's funeral through their site. The website falsely advertised a very cheap flight that included baggage. When they called, they said that the flight was essentially a standby that didn't include luggage. I had to call them and include my mom on the call while we were both working to sort out the mistake. They kept us on the phone for an hour. The only resolution was to pay them more for a better ticket, or lose the money she had already paid. At the end of the day, all they did was book directly through Delta's website, botch all of my contact details so I wouldn't receive the confirmation or details when they did, and skim another $200 off of my mom's credit card for the pleasure of doing business. After all that, they still didn't bother to add baggage or include my infant's information on the ticket. Luckily infants fly for free, and I have a delta credit card to cover the baggage.

TICKETS ARE STAND BY TICKETS! BEWARE OF SCAM. Horrible experience. It's not clear what tickets you're buying. I had to "upgrade" or lose all of my money. In the end I ended up paying $300 more than I would have from direct website. Lesson learned. Never go through 3rd party.

I had the worst experience with this company. Here is how their scam works: you pay to book your tickets through the travelocase website. Next, they never send your tickets/airline confirmation number to your email, so you have to call them and ask why it didn’t arrive. Then, they proceed to tell you one of a few scenarios (your flight doesn’t include baggage, doesn’t include assigned seats, the seats are too limited, etc) and ultimately try to upcharge you for hundreds/thousands more than you paid. In our case, the money never came out of our account although we entered our payment info, and they said our choices were either 1) pay to upgrade or 2)cancel our order. When we called the actual airline ourselves, they said the ticket numbers they provided to us and the confirmation code didn’t exist. Ultimately, we had to change our card number and learned a hard lesson: don’t book through a 3rd party, especially Travelocase.

These people are S-C-A-M-M-E-R-S !!!! DO NOT book anything with them. After booking my flight, which includes one carry-on, I get a call from a rep saying my tickets are non-refundable, I can't bring a carry-on and one other restriction (that I can't remember). I lost it!!! I ended the call but, the rep called me back. After telling me earlier that I couldn't cancel the flight, she conceded and actually canceled the flight. I apologized, she rebooked the flight to include a carry-on and I thought that was it. HOWEVER, I find today that she charged me an additional unauthorized, mystery fee of $201.60. My CC company (American Express) said they can't dispute this charge because they're sure that "I was informed, in advance, about this mystery fee!!" Absolutely not, I was not made aware of a fee like this when booking this reservation. The rep, intentionally left this info out of the conversation. I would have never agreed to such robbery. After the rep did what I thought was the right thing by canceling and rebooking my flight, I gave the company a very favorable review. I was totally unaware of the hidden fee charged to my account! Be aware! TRAVELOCASE are THIEVES in hiding!!!!

This site is an absolute scam. This is a traditional bait and switch. Offered me tickets round-trip for around 369 apiece. Purchased the tickets then later received a phone call telling me that the tickets I purchased were only for standby. This was absolutely not listed when I purchased the tickets. There was limited information. I’ve bought hundreds and hundreds of tickets in the past and have never experienced this. After receiving the phone call I advised them to give my money back. They said it was too late that the money was already with United. This left me basically no option other than to pay an additional $800 to ensure my son and I had seats on the plane. You can be sure I will be contacting an attorney and contacting Better Business Bureau.
