They are very polite, but this is a scam! They offer a flight for $620, then call back repeatedly saying that flight is booked and needing to upcharge to 1330. I found another flight on Priceline for $800, and I will never use travelocase again. They should be reported for fraud!

Worst travel booking experience I have ever had. Felt like a total scam. They never followed up with anything. I called them 6 times trying to resolve my flights. NEVER book through them. NEVER. They are not helpful and put you in a terrible position. Ace Walter was the original person I delt with and it was almost impossible to speak with again despite him giving me his extension and making promises. Please never work with them.

1 Star — Very disappointing and stressful booking experience I booked flights through Travelocase and paid the initial amount for my reservation. I received a booking number, but I did NOT receive an airline confirmation number or an e-ticket. After my payment, I received several phone calls from Travelocase representatives. I was told that my booking was Basic Economy and that I would need to pay approximately $380 more to upgrade to Economy in order to have better baggage options. I was also told that I could only bring a very small personal bag containing documents unless I paid additional fees. I repeatedly asked for the airline confirmation number. I was eventually told that Travelocase had NOT yet submitted my request to the airline and that they would submit it and send me the airline information only after approval. Because I had not received an airline confirmation number or e-ticket, I asked to cancel the booking. I was then told that I would have to pay $180 PER PERSON to cancel, even though I was told that the request had not yet been submitted to the airline. I was also told that if I did not pay the additional upgrade amount, there was a possibility that there might not be seats available on the day of my flight. I was told that I might then have to change my travel date or fly from a different airport. This entire process has been confusing and stressful. The original booking price did not feel like the final price because additional charges and upgrade requests were presented after payment. My biggest concern is that I paid for a reservation but still did not have an airline confirmation number or e-ticket, while being asked for hundreds of dollars more to proceed. Before booking with Travelocase, I strongly recommend that customers ask for the airline confirmation number, exact fare type, baggage allowance, cancellation terms, and total final price in writing BEFORE making any payment. I am posting this review to share my personal experience and to encourage other travelers to carefully verify their reservation directly with the airline.

The company uses fraudulent business practices in order to price gauge when customers are vulnerable and have been lied to with false advertising.

To be honest, I felt like being robbed with this travel agency because I had to pay extra $500 to get upgrade from restricted tickets to basic economic. That is insane and Cheapoair gave me much cheaper price. Since I already paid the original price up front, I would waste the money if I cancel. I just don't feel like the way they are doing business, although the service was nice. I would not return to use this website to book any tickets in the future and I will not recommend it to my family or friends.

Horrible online I was giving total of $596.46 to be charged. When I called to check on my tickets it's saying the flight was confirmed one way but I would have to pay extra $997.00 and could only wear the clothes on my back , no bags are carry on is able to be brought with me. Then Was told I couldn't cancel so I asked for a supervisor I was told no supervisor is there places on hold and she then hang up. I contacted capital one and told them stop charges that wasn't approved.

Terrible tactics. My tickets were never confirmed. They claimed to have reached out to me with “urgent” information but I have no record of them calling or emailing. I finally called and they told me I could “upgrade” for an additional $2000 or change my flight, which I cannot do as my schedule for this trip is not flexible. They told me I purchased “standby” tickets but I can tell you that is not the case - who would do that? Bait and switch company, save yourself and do not use them.
