EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED I unknowingly contacted “Travel Avion” (by phone) through a series of flight searches on a website. I would later discover that Travel Avion had given me misinformation regarding several aspects of the flight schedule for Sunwing. Travel Avion assured me that both flights were direct flights. I clicked “accept terms” in their e-mail to me which “Mike” convinced me did not apply to Sunwing Policy. Travel Avion took my credit card information and subsequently sent me their version of the flight schedule by e-mail. I contacted Sunwing 3 days after booking and found out that Travel Avion’s schedule was very different to Sunwing’s flight schedule (and now conflicted with my ability to fly). Travel Avion tried to convince me that Sunwing had changed their flight schedule. I called Sunwing and they said no changes were ever made regarding those flights. I told Travel Avion that I would not get on the return flight as it would bring me back to Montréal much after my very strict scheduling deadline. I asked Travel Avion for either a change of flight, a refund (due to it being their error) or a credit for a future flight. After some lengthy discussions over the phone, “Mike” finally promised to do something to correct this problem and would send me an e-mail with an acceptable solution. I never heard back from him. To add insult, I received a call at 5pm (not from Sunwing) the day before the flight telling me the departure time was still at 7:10am. Sunwing had confirmed 9:20am departure to me the evening prior. The man who called me (from 1-844-570-8837) refused to say what company he was representing. This experience has left me mentally exhausted, stressed out and about $780 U.S out of pocket. I have since read many complaints of fraud, theft, misinformation, etc. etc. regarding Travel Avion. Why is this company allowed to stay in business? I have voice recordings of my conversations with Travel Avion. I would be more than willing to join a “Class Action Suit” against them.

TRAVELERS BEWARE! This is an offshoot of MyFlightSearch; another Unscrupulous Website that do not deliver and has nonexistent customer support services. I booked through MyFlightSearch.com online and finally received my e-tickets 44 days later... 44 days after my credit card was charged. I sent emails to the address on their website without receiving even an acknowledgement that they had received my emails. I called 1-833-200-3270 for support and the line had been disconnected; no longer in service. I called 1-833-200-3343 5 times over a period of 2 weeks and left my name and telephone number but never received a call back. My MyFlightSearch account showed that the transaction was Pending approval of my credit card... although my credit card was charged immediately at the time of booking. Finally today, I called their number for booking a flight and was able to talk to an agent regarding the booking and the trouble I had with customer support. What I got was Sorry we have issued your e-tickets today... you should have called us earlier. No refund allowed for their error. And I cannot use the booking because I had no choice but to book another flight 2 weeks ago because I could not contact MyFlightSearch. MyFlightSearch is also TravelAvion. THIS IS NOT GOOD. BUYER BE WARNED. .

I called the number on the Flint airport (or so I thought) to get a plane ticket, because my dad was in the hospital and I needed to get to Oklahoma, so of course I was not thinking to ask any questions. When I got back I looked at my credit card statement and these people charged me over $800 for them to book my ticket (which was over $300 more than the ticket). They never once stated that there would be a charge for them to book the flight, they never once told me that their fee was $300 more than what the ticket was. This was an emergency and I just needed to get to my dad and because of that I feel they took advantage of me. In my eyes this company just stole over $800 from me and I am beyond mad. They should be up front with their fees and then let the customer make the decision if they want to continue with their service. This company is horrible.

We had to pay $95.00 each way to check our bags. This is a disgrace no other travel booking agent charged this amount. The most anyone pays is $45.00. I am going to write to the Attorney General in your state; report this on all social media sites and trip advisor unless I am reimbursed the difference ($50.00) each way. This is totally inappropriate and plain thievery. I paid double for my airline tickets than any other site to begin with. Shame on you! Marcia Falvey 508-941-1846

Thieves and Liars!!! This company is a scam! I booked under icheapflight and when I called to change some information, these guys answered and I unknowingly booked with them, and they booked me two one way flights, ( #246181) instead of round trip flights and refused to correct this, told me to rebook myself and they would “take care of the difference” later. Then when I called to ask where to send my receipts, stated that “I” booked the flight so they are not responsible...WHAT THE ....??!!! I had to get home?!!! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS, and ICHEAPFLIGHT SHOULD NOT BE USING THEM AS A FOURTH VENDOR, UNLESS THEY WILL PAY FOR THEIR SCREWUPS!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AND OUT OVER $1,000!!! BE FOREWARNED!

Thieves! They somehow intercepted a call I made to British Airways and NEVER identified themselves as another company. They bullied me into buying tickets that I was assured would be in an upgraded cabin. The tickets were for economy and they charged $1500 over the actual price of the tickets as a service charge!!! They book tickets in a way that locks them so nobody else can cancel them so they are free to cancel your trip at the last minute without your authorization. If you have been scammed by them call your credit card company immediately and Dispute the charges. They should be found and arrested!!!

This company is scam. Now I have waiting money back 30 days 600 dollar. How fly companys but out this kind of scam. Now when I read meany same kind of storys I understand that money dont coming back
