Great service overall!

I reached out to have a car transported and had about 5 companies right away email me.. I chose Jack's company.. we agreed on a price before doing anything.. with in a day the car was picked up in Texas. 3 days later it was brought to my place in MD.. if I ever need a transporter I will definitely reach out to Jack.

They got the job done and my car was delivered in the condition it was originally shipped. However, I primarily went with this company based on my price estimate and delivery time, after signing a contract, which I couldn’t break with out penalty, I was told that there was a driver who could pick up and deliver my car in 2-3 days. But, it would be an extra $200 than my original quote. Edgar to receive my car I signed the amended contract, a few mins later I was told that someone else took that drive and there were no other drivers. 2 days later I received a call say that they found me a driver but it will be an $350 more than my estimated price and it would not be delivered until 5-7 days. As I said before I went with this company based on price and date. I’d say they failed in both categories.

Excellent job done!! Ryan and his team provided excellent service shipping my wife's car from the Detroit area to Kentucky. The process was as smooth as silk and we would gladly recommend this service to anyone. Thanks to the Transportsaver Team
