Moving with a toddler was hectic, but the movers were patient and organized. They packed and unpacked everything efficiently and even helped arrange the furniture in the kid's room.

Moving out of high-rise seemed daunting, but the movers were well prepared. They coordinated elevator access, protected the floors, and ensured everything was transported without a hitch.

Horrible experience. Raised the price on me twice. Several dozen broken items. They had 3 weeks to deliver, but took 5 weeks. Watch out. Insurance pays on weight of the item. So a $100 vase is worth about 66 cents. I didn't even bother to file a claim. I just wanted them out of my house. Good Luck if you choose them. I sure wouldn't again.

Your sales team (John Martinez) wrote that our goods could be expected 3-5 days after pickup. This was completely fabricated in order for me to sign the contract. We received our items 16 days after pickup, spending thousands of dollars for temporary living without the ability to perform our jobs. The van line that delivered our goods let us know they have never worked with Transit Moving Systems before, clearly not professionally trained movers as advertised in your contract and website. They wouldn't open the truck door until we paid them directly in cash, also not listed on your contract. Essentially a shakedown at the door, they let us know our stuff would go to storage and we would have to pay double to retrieve it from there. They then told us we can't pay with a credit card because we would try to report it as fraud for missing and broken items, which there is plenty of to no surprise. We paid Top 10 Van Lines directly when the contract and website states multiple times that you are not a broker, implying we would only be working with Transit Moving Systems.

DO NOT USE!! I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They significantly damaged half of our 1,300 cubic feet of furniture, “lost” multiple expensive items, and last but not least, one of the movers stole my $1,200+ pair of shoes. Also, they claim not to be a broker, but the drivers showed up in an “Adam’s Moving Services” truck, and the company does not have a record of all the individuals who worked on our house that day. Move was from WA to Southern California and Joan Pablo was my sales rep. I can honestly say that this has been the worst moving experience of my life and the companies lack of accountability is saddening. I can go on and on over had bad this experience was, but I have cried too many times at this point. Lastly, the reviews they try to direct you to are mostly fake (Verified Movers), do not give those any validity. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost.

The positive reviews on this site are all fake. Do not use this company! They will over charge you and they misrepresent the services they say they provide. Total scam.

Avoid at all costs! I wrote 2 bad reviews, and they threatened to cancel our delivery from Houston to Massachusetts! Can you imagine?!? We were promised services that we didn't receive. We were told they have a truck going to Massachusetts several days a week! HA! They got bailed out by a driver in Colorada last minute, because nobody wants to drive their trucks in mountain regions with small streets! Mike Moreno will sell you lies, then not respond to calls, texts or emails! We're currently gathering a list of broken items and lost item's. We had brand new boxes that now look like they've been on 3 trips around the world! Fragile boxes packed upside down, the list is endless! We'll be following up with the better business bureau and whoever else can hold this Mickey Mouse trucking company responsible! I'd carry my furniture by hand from Texas to Massachusetts before I hired this company again! Oh, and they offered a $150 off a 9K bill if I took the negative review down! Nah, I'll eat the $150! BUYER BEWARE! If only there was a negative star rating system! I'm 51 years old and this is the ONLY time I've left a company a bad review! Unprofessional, deceitful, negligent, false advertising, etc.... 0.0✌️

Not well and professional mover. They lier you with low cost and do not explain the moving process upfront and then they have your stuff as hostage for getting more Money.
