I paid for a course with udemy / transformation academy joeel and natalie rivera. First don't count on getting your CPD hours as promised unless of course you pay more which is not clearly said upfront. That's why I took the course and felt like I was being fooled, not fair practices here. Second, I didn't learn anything really and then when I asked a question to the authors about why the category of the Professional Life Coach doesn't even exist when you try to fill a profile on their site or to get a certificate they never even bothered answering so can't really do anything with that certificate. So I asked a refund but it was refused.

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the chance to respond. We can’t issue refunds in Udemy since it’s a separate company and we only host courses trough them. So we have no say in that. Our CPD hours are only available on select courses and are clearly marked on the course page. Unfortunately, CPD certification is not included for courses purchased through Udemy, which is noted in the course description. We aim to provide valuable tools and real-world strategies in every course, and we’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. We always do our best to reply to questions—please feel free to reach out to [email protected] so we can assist you directly. We’re here to help and want to ensure every student feels supported!
