An old cassette from the 1990's, quality poor but with such valuable information. A chance to hear my mother's voice. Not only was this special but transcribed correctly this let me know everything I needed to know.. Transcribe.com was wonderful. They worked and worked on my tape to get me everything I needed. I had them transcribe a 1 hour speech and they did a fantastic job. They called out the different speakers by name and it was completely accurate. I also liked how they called out parts that weren't audible and noted the time so that I could review that portion and in all cases the audio wasn't clear enough to understand. GREAT JOB!!
