Our company needed many video files to be transcribed in a short period of time. Transcribe was not only easy, fast and reliable, but they did a great job!

Service is friendly, prompt and accurate. I was impressed recently with the accurate transcription of a video where someone was pretty much speed-talking... transcribe.com still came through. Great work, reasonable prices.

Transcribe.com is simply awesome. They really put customers at the forefront of their service, with account managers e-mailing you to indicate they are working on your order and invite you to connect with them at any time during the process. I was very pleased with my first order, when the account manager went above and beyond to ensure a quality transcript when my file was not of the best quality. I recommend this company without hesitation and will certainly us Transcribe again.

Rev Marketing 2U Inc. and Go2Karate.com had five (5) 30-45 phone interviews for feature stories transcribed verbatim in 7 days. A thorough review revealed only a handful of words had been misunderstood. It was so simple to upload the files, get the price quote, place the order, and receive the Word docs returned when and as promised. Highly recommend!

I went with another company before to do a transcription of a project for training purposes and the results were horrible. It took me longer to fix all their errors than it would have taken me to transcribe it myself. Transcribe.com did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient and a REAL person transcribed my project not an automated software--huge difference in the results!

I can't say enough about this service - wish I had stumbled on it earlier. two critical jobs in 36 hours - the first one 100% accurate overnight. The second was a half hour convo transcription that needed some further editing after the first draft - and that concern was met with lightening quick response and corrections done, sealed and delivered within 12 hours. I'm SOLD!

I love how transparent Transcribe's Web interface is. You can upload files for transcription and see immediately how much the work will cost. A representative from Transcribe was in touch via email within 24 hours to tell me she was working on my project. Very personal service--and quick and accurate!
