Great study aide. Passed the test.

I completely crushed my exam the first time through. I'm positive I couldn't have done it without a trainer academy. At two months to go until my scheduled test date I still wasn't able to retain the information by just reading the textbook and module summaries. I needed the materials presented in a way that I could learn and understand them and the root material in a big textbook just wasn't good enough for me or for learning the subject matter. I needed to be pushed and have concise facts presented in a way that made sense for me. I applied the 8wk study strategy to my life, scheduled study time around work and kids, and got to it. 1200 facts later (at the time) and a week before my exam I was nailing every practice quiz & test. Either from TA or NASM. In 7 weeks I had gone from panicky hopelessness to compete confidence. Most importantly, to me, I actually learned the material and not just studied it for a test. I still feel sure that I could pass this test again, 2 months later, without having looked at the material since then. The flashcards were the best tool. Waiting in line? Open the app, run through a chapter. On the toilet? Lunch break? Between clients? Just having the flashcards on hand throughout the day is worth the price of the TA materials.

The CSCS was a big undertaking for me. I am a DI Head Soccer Coach without formal training in strength and conditioning so I needed study materials to help guide me through some tough content. Trainer Academy was a BIG part of my passing first time.

I was roughly a month away from taking my test when I signed up with Trainer Academy. It was nice to have the material broken down by chapter when reviewing. I passed on my first try! Highly recommend!

The materials organized the information in a way that I could remember for easy application when taking the test. The test consisted more of scenarios and working with a client opposed to direct recall of the information. The study materials enabled me to be successful. I did not feel overwhelmed. Thank you!!!!

The flashcards were the most helpful aspect of the study program. The study questions for each chapter were a good resource. I used the quick study sheet to make sure I studied all important topics and formulas.
