Five months in at Snap Fitness with five clients and two classes already is a great start, and it is exactly what we hope to hear from our graduates. Hi Matthew, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We want to be upfront for anyone reading: the IPTA CPT has always been an online, self-paced certification, and that is by design. Like every major NCCA accredited personal training certification, it is delivered remotely so trainers can study around work and family without traveling to a classroom. We agree with you that being a good trainer takes more than passing an exam, which is why the curriculum focuses heavily on assessment, program design, and coaching cues, and why we encourage every graduate to get reps in on the gym floor, shadow experienced trainers, and keep learning through continuing education. Our team is also available to support graduates as they build their careers.
