Access
I do not like that I can not access my training on older browsers. Also, the sample lessons posted on the website, that ultimately made me choose Train Agents, has a narrator and the actual lessons do not. I liked listening to the sample lessons while I read them. I feel like the program was slightly misrepresented in that way.

Hello Tarin, I totally understand about the older browsers. Unfortunately we have to keep up to date with all of the newest browser versions which, in some cases, means we cannot be compatible with an older version like Explorer 6.0 or earlier. Also, all of our courses do have audio, its just not every page of every course so maybe you experienced that. I apologize it isn't everything you had expected and hope you online classes go as smoothly as possible.

Fixed Agenda - No flexiable learing option - too many quiz
The training does not offer personalized training agenda. The lesson sequences are fixed, you can not skip a chapter but must follow the fixed agenda. I am a fast reader, by the time I finished reading. The course shows the time required unsatisfied. Too much quiz, I roughly counted, each certificate requires 20 lessons, each lesson has 30 quiz. You have to pass 600 quiz before you can take the exam for one certificate. There are six certificates so do the math. I cancelled this website and I switched to another course provide. With $50 more, it offers downloadable text book which can be easily printed and for my future reference. This website maybe good for many people, but not for me.

We have had over 40,000 students complete our online courses with no issues whatsoever. The very vast majority of people getting into real estate do not feel as though they can be over prepared and actually prefer to read, understand and quiz over the lessons. That is the basic format of learning from pre-K through graduate school. Good luck to you in the future.

Great direction!
This course has allowed me to fully understand the sections before you can move on! Doing research for examples online has helped tremendously... So far so good! I actually feel like I know and understand what I am saying out loud. I love this course...

Good Source for Continuing Ed
I've used Train Agents before and really like them. The course material is good and it moves quickly because of the way it is organized. I found a few typos in the material, but my biggest complaint was that they didn't get back to me quickly with a question I had. I had to leave multiple messages before getting a call back. Since I took it over the Memorial Day weekend, it was several days before I got my question answered. It wasn't clear from their site how the credit would be awarded and the link isn't good on their site. In fact, the real estate commission doesn't even use that anymore. Otherwise, I was very satisfied and the credit was uploaded within a few days to the real estate commission site.

Thank you for the great feedback we really appreciate it! I apologize that your question wasn't answered sooner, we do take the holiday's off here but sure try to answer all emails even when we are gone. MCE hours are automatically posted for our students in TX, you don't have to do anything but take the courses. You may have missed the instructional slide at the beginning of each course explaining the proper procedure, I apologize for that, we will try to expand on it for the future. Thank you for the feedback and have a blessed day, we'll see you in 2 years!

TX Real Estate License
It was a little longer than I expected but overall a great way to learn what is needed to succeed as an agent.

Thank you Peyton! Yes, the course curriculum for Texas is longer than in most states, but you know you are prepared once you get your license. Best of luck to you and thanks for the review!

4 Stars
So far so good as far as the literature goes. Very easy to understand and pass quizes. As far as the teachers getting back to you, sometimes with in 24hrs and other times....well its been a week and i have yet to get a response. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of communication.

Hello Jewels and thank you so much for the great review! It is our 100% commitment to respond to everyone the same day and in almost every case when a student feels as though we haven't gotten back to them it is because the email is trapped in a SPAM filter. Please make sure you allow all communications from trainagents.com and thank you so much for being a student at our school!

Mmmmm
I started the online course 2 weeks ago. It is a bit hard to follow at first. A lot of new information that I wish was explained/defined a bit more. After several lessons, I am getting the hang of it. I have absolutely no background in Real Estate and wish I had a manual/textbook with definitions.
Response from Train Agents Online Real Estate SchoolJun 3, 2016
Hello Amy and thank you! I think you will find that it just keeps getting easier and easier as you go through the courses and all of the definitions and phrases will become part of your vocabulary. Pretty soon you will be dreaming in real estate speak!
