A couple major flaws
Park of the requirement is to log hours, yet Train Agents doesn't do that. There's no visibility of how much time you've logged. Also, it's impossible to jump around to different chapters, as the chapter has to be complete before going on. In summary, it's a very rigid system. Customer support is good though.

Hello ZP! The state laws require the system not allow the student to jump around but instead must complete the chapters in the order presented. Pretty standard for distance education in many disciplines. Also, you actually aren't required to log hours, you are only required to finish the course, regardless of how many hours that takes. Once you finish a "3 hour" course, you are deemed to have been credited with 3 hours. Some people may do it in 3 hours, some make take 5 hours, either way you get credit for a 3 hour class. I hope that makes sense! Thank you for taking the time to send feedback.

Mostly good.
Very good self paced system. Would suggest that review on tests be a little better explained and show original questions and answers more. Some info cut off even with Puffin.
