You cannot beat the price for the Texas real estate class. The popup web viewer is a bit glitchy at times and has to be reloaded. Overall, it is getting me through the core information to get my real estate license.

A bad online learning experience. I've been working in real estate for 20+ years managing and selling my own commercial real estate. The information presented is often incorrect, confusing and outdated. The promulgated contracts, continuing education requirements are beyond old. There are grammatical errors, contradictory terms and in general too much misinformation. The website is painfully slow and frustrating and frequently doesn't work. TREC should review this company and de-certify them until they fix the problems.

Why thank you so much for the feedback Al. TREC actually wrote the Promulgated Contracts Course you took and requires us to use it. It is very common for a real estate course to have some outdated information simply because rules and laws change all of the time, but TREC only allows course revisions every 4 years. The courses we offer were all updated, per TREC rules and regulations, and approved by TREC in late 2016 so they are the most up to date in the state of Texas. I am sorry you were frustrated but since you have been selling real estate for 20+ years, maybe it was just too redundant based on prior knowledge. Most people going through the courses for the first time are actually learning and don't find it slow and frustrating. In fact we have had over 45,000 students to date and 95% give us 5 stars. Again, I am sorry you personally had a bad experience and I wish you continued success in real estate.

I have been able to get through the course work at a good pace, but there are a lot of typos, poorly worded questions, and the software is sometimes glitchy. Those things are worth dealing with because of the pace and the cost.

Thank you Michael, I appreciate the feedback.

I registered for classes but I have hard time actually taking the courses. web site dose not load, the wheel keeps spinning but nothing happens. I have been trying all morning and not been able to access My Courses at all. Tried Fire Fox and Internet Explorer still nothing. Changed laptops still nothing. Please if your reading this massage fix the web site. I paid for these courses and spent more time on trying to get in then actually learning anything.

Hello Elizabeth. I apologize for the slow site. We went through a systems upgrade yesterday which caused a lot of users to experience a slower than normal website. However, that only lasted for a couple of hours and I am sure you will agree the site is lightning fast now! We go through updates from time to time and almost always try to do them around midnight so that few people are interrupted but yesterday was an exception. Again, I apologize! Hopefully you will change your mind on giving us 1 star!

there seems to be a lot of errors, bugs, and problems loading with the program but the material is alright compared to many of the other only courses.

Hello Garret! I think you may have experienced some issues while we went through a systems upgrade. I sincerely apologize that you had any technical issues but those should all be fixed now.
Jorge
Nice layout of the info, easy to follow, but it should have the option to download it, I'm a guy who likes to review it in a hard copy.
Response from Train Agents Online Real Estate SchoolJan 21, 2017
Hello Jorge, we do have all of the pre-license courses in hard copy (PDF) format. Please shoot us an email and we will get those sent over to you.
Delores
This is taking much longer than necessary because the same thing is being said on numerous slides. But I like the injection of humor from time to time.
Response from Train Agents Online Real Estate SchoolJan 21, 2017
Hello Delores! The state requires certain topics be presented several times in several different ways. The learning theory is one whereby redundancy causes one to learn more effectively. When you go and take the state exam you may appreciate this style more! Thank you for the feedback!
