Hi Rachel, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced — especially with the RDP access over the past week. From our checks, your VPS has been online and fully operational, as you were able to access it via the web console. This typically indicates that the issue is related to local network or firewall restrictions blocking the RDP port (3389) on your device or network. Our support team has been actively assisting and suggested a few solutions, including: 1.Providing alternative connection methods 2.Offering an AnyDesk session to diagnose the issue directly on your device 3.Sharing our emergency contact for faster resolution We also understand you preferred to test further on your side first, which is completely fine — and to support you during this period, we’ve extended your VPS by 14 days at no cost. Regarding your concern about passwords — we only request access credentials to check if your IP has been blocked by the VPS security system (RDP Guard), which may restrict access from your home network. You remain fully in control and can change your password at any time after our access. At this stage, we’re still ready and happy to assist. The fastest way to resolve this would be to proceed with a guided remote session, where we can identify exactly what’s blocking the connection. Please reach out to us anytime to schedule this — we’re committed to getting this resolved for you. Warm regards, Ace TradingFXVPS Team
