Upside is the rapid responses from Customer Service, server is fast, data is quick. Downside is the Actual Storage Space is NOT what is advertised so plan for that as it considers the OS and everything on the server NOT storage space available for your use. I receieved around 50-55GB of actual storage when the account says 75GB storage available.
