In December 2024, I received a challenge account from TradeXMastery as part of a promotional campaign with Akashx. I subscribed to Akashx, and the challenge was included as a bonus. I did not pay TradeXMastery directly. In April 2025, I finally decided to start the challenge. While reviewing the platform and terms, I came across a Trustpilot review (Jahenda, March 18, 2025), which claimed that passing the challenge may not result in funding unless the Akashx subscription remains active. That sounded serious, so I contacted TradeXMastery support to clarify. The initial reply from the support agent was very reassuring: “There is no backdoor agreement between TradeXMastery and Akashx. Your ability to open a funded account is not contingent on renewing any Akashx subscription.” However, when I asked for written confirmation that I would indeed receive a funded account if I pass the challenge — and that I wouldn’t be denied funding due to not having an active Akashx subscription — the answers started to change: “Since you originally received access through a promotional campaign with Akashx, your account may be subject to their terms.” “I do not have information regarding Akashx’s specific conditions, but if their terms require an active subscription to continue, you might need to keep purchasing the subscription.” So, what first appeared to be a misunderstanding or even a false claim in the review — started to seem quite plausible. I was left with more questions than answers. Some additional facts: – My account is fully hosted on TradeXMastery’s platform, yet they told me they can’t confirm funding conditions in my case. – I received no emails from Akashx with terms or rules, and I can’t find any on their site. – The links to TradeXMastery’s Terms & Conditions from my registration email no longer work. – No one can tell me what rules currently apply to my challenge. This doesn’t automatically mean there’s bad intent from either company — but it does create a confusing situation where neither side takes full responsibility for an account that exists inside TradeXMastery’s own system. As for Akashx: personally, I didn’t find the platform helpful. If you already know how to trade, you don’t need it. If you don’t know how to trade, relying on signals without education or experience can be risky. And if continuing your path to funding is only possible with an active subscription, that’s something people should know upfront — and may want to avoid altogether. I’m not writing this to accuse anyone, but simply to share a factual and neutral account of my experience. If you’re considering using this platform — especially via third-party promotions — get everything in writing, ask detailed questions, and don’t assume the system is transparent by default.

Thank you TM for your understanding. ---- Initially I was impressed with TradexMastery but after supplying evidence of an error running between Tradelocker and Tradexmastery, Tradexmastery are refusing to accept any responsibility. I have 2 accounts running, one was in negative, but I worked hard to bring it back. After recent glitching spells on the account, I noticed it no longer showed in Tradexmastery back end as a live challenge account, so I was open and queried this. They have blatantly just refused point blank this is a failed challenge, yet it it still running in my Tradelocker app. I feel this has not been reviewed from a customer service perspective but just a very black and white non customer friendly perspective. It is not my fault the 2 systems did not communicate and left the account that went slightly over a daily limit running. So without my knowledge I have worked away for weeks on an account they no longer consider live, yet it is still running in Tradelocker!! I feel I should warn the trading communities I'm in about this. We trust the 2 platforms to communicate effectively. I have purchased many challenges so would like to consider I have earned a fair approach as a customer.

In June 2024 I paid 1200 dollars to TradeXmastery inorder to secure a live trading account for 100,000$ from the prop firm. Todate I have not received the account and in between they shortchanged me and gave me a 25,000 account. This was not the agreement and I feel really shortchanged.
