After reaching the payout stage with TradeX Mastery, my account was flagged for an alleged Terms & Conditions violation. I submitted a formal appeal requesting clarification. The firm confirmed the decision after a “comprehensive review” but did not reference any specific clause of their Terms & Conditions, nor provide a clear explanation of the alleged violation. The appeal was declared final, with no further clarification possible. Traders should be aware that compliance decisions may be enforced without detailed justification.
