They helped me a lot
i applied for a trademark 5 months ago, they helped me understand the risks and benefits after submitting the application. (it's mostly beneficial)
i just now got a question to answer from USPTO and in 24 hours they helped me respond. I'm happy about their fast and efficient service,

Trademarks411 Attorneys are Swindlers
We paid almost $700 to get our company's name trademarked via Trademarks411 only to find out from the USPTO that for VERY obvious reasons our company name could not be trademarked. It is too generic. But we consulted with the attorneys at Trademarks411 about whether or not our name was a good candidate for trademarking, and they assured us that it was. Based on the letter we received from the USPTO regarding our trademark denial, the attorneys definitely should have known that our name was too generic to trademark. Very disappointed that they took our money instead of being upfront and honest with us about the law.

This is customer service at its best!
I wanted to trademark my band's name so I researched different companies and finally settled on Trademarks 411 because they were so competitively priced and the reviews I read were good. I was skeptical about using any service in general because of the mere fact that, once denied a trademark, your money is basically wasted. Well, although my representative and I did a thorough search for any similar trademark, we were denied. I was extremely upset about this because I'm by no means a rich man who has money to throw away on a failed trademarking attempt....hello?...I play in a band! I emailed my frustration to Trademarks 411 and within a few hours, I received a personal phone call from a representative who believed that this was a bogus denial and he actually went ahead and offered to draft me a rebuttal letter to fight the denial. WOW! That's an extra service and he did that for me PRO BONO! Not really sure if I should be advertising that, but the point is, he went the extra mile for me, when he absolutely didn't have to. He understood my frustration and treated me like a human being, not like a money-source. He believed that my denial was false, so he went ahead and did what he could to try and make it right. Not only that, but he found a loop hole...the trademark that was in conflict with ours was on the brink of expiring! Soooo, in his draft, he was able to push this point, and things are looking on the up and up. If all goes well, the government should be giving us our official trademark status in a couple months from now. Thank you Trademarks 411! We might have to write a song about you guys.
