First I just want to say that there are very few companies that I deal with on a daily basis who has my by best interest at heart. We first registered our TM with Trademarks411 months ago. It was an easy process. Then we started having issues with trademark infringement - it was a VERY stressful situation. The last thing any of us want to lose is a trademark that we have in place to protect our brand.
