This is why we provide a clear warning at checkout stating: tradelines will not post if you have active credit freezes or fraud alerts with any of the credit bureaus. Unfortunately, you had freezes active with all three bureaus during your order—something you acknowledged in your communication with us. Despite this being outside our stated policy, which does not permit refunds or exchanges for these situations, we made an exception and allowed you to exchange for a new tradeline after the freezes were removed. When the new tradeline also did not post, we took your frustration seriously and expedited a full refund. We went above and beyond our stated terms to resolve your issue promptly.
