Overall a great experience with the exception that one of the tradelines went on a spending spree and caused my credit to drop. Was really disappointed however tradeline was extremely attentive and took me off asap so i was happy

It was a pleasure working with Luke. After the inconvenience of one of my tradelines not showing up correctly. Luke helped address the issue. Very glad I was contacted directly by him to keep working together in the near future.

I received a phone call from a manager named Tristan to resolve a conern I had with my recent experience. He helped me to understand a better way to use the service and I can honestly say this is 1 of the best experiences with customer service Ive ever had. Normally I would get someone who is scripted with what to say to make me feel better but with him it was more welcoming as well as convincing for me to try the product again. I wanna thank Tristan again for the call and his help 😊

It was a great experience the only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t explain why I was unable to use my bank account and had to wire it.

It does work and I bought multiple trade lines.
