This is an obvious review for one of our competitors that they clearly name in the review. We have no affiliation whatsoever with Coast Tradelines. That is a completely separate company, despite this person believing that our companies are the same, which is false. We do see that, due to our strong Google ranking, our company pops up when you search this competitor’s name. This must be what is causing the confusion. Nonetheless, we will keep this review up as a public service announcement to heed caution from some of these other companies. We do not use any of those annoying tactics as mentioned. We are committed to treating customers with respect, and we pride ourselves on being the leaders in the industry by doing good business the way it is supposed to be done.

Hello Ryan, We apologize for any confusion regarding the duration of our tradelines. To clarify, our tradelines are guaranteed to remain for two monthly reporting cycles. This 2 month guarantee is typical across most major tradeline companies as an industry standard. All of our guarantees are listed both on the website and on our contract that all clients must review and sign before placing an order. Before the scheduled completion, we also send an email reminder with the option to extend for additional months. We're happy to review your order and address any other concerns you might have. Please contact management directly at (619) 255-9588 or reply to our email at your earliest convenience. We hope to hear from you soon.

Hello Kedish, We see that you have already been in contact with management and received a full refund for this order. Therefore, we would like to use this review as an opportunity to address your experience. At Tradeline Supply Company, transparency is one of our main company values. This is why we provide a clear warning at checkout stating: tradelines will not post if you have active credit freezes or fraud alerts with any of the credit bureaus. Unfortunately, you had freezes active with all three bureaus during your order—something you acknowledged in your communication with us. Despite this being outside our stated policy, which does not permit refunds or exchanges for these situations, we made an exception and allowed you to exchange for a new tradeline after the freezes were removed. When the new tradeline also did not post, we took your frustration seriously and expedited a full refund. We went above and beyond our stated terms to resolve your issue promptly. Your situation received special attention, and we resolved it as quickly as possible. If you have further questions, our management team is always available.

We remain committed to transparency and accountability, and we believe we acted in good faith to resolve the issue. If there are any outstanding concerns, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you further and encourage you to return our calls so we can assist.
