TradeKey.comReviews of tradekey.com

I generally find what I need from tradekey suppliers, loved it and intentions to buy more because they offer the best price. I have been shopping at tradekey for more than 7 years so far no enormous issues, and in the event that you have one they will settle it and make it right, and furthermore love the purchaser unconditional promise, so no stresses. One of the secrets is tradekey account managers who call me every month to confirm the requirements. This way I don’t need to find suppliers myself. For others I would recommend to go through the reviews and feedback available on different sites. This helps to have a scam free transaction.

By and large my involvement with tradekey has been great. The nature of the items ordered via tradekey.com found useful comparing with the cost that i paid. Have had an issue in delivery process that the order was sent to the wrong address. This issue resolved soon after our key account manager at tradekey, who assist us by doing strong follow ups with the supplier and freight forwarder. We found that the issue happened due to a little mistake in address. This issue resolution was reasonable dealth by tradekey customer support. We highly appreciate it. The products found worthy for what we have paid against it.

You can have a good tradekey experience with the exporters and attempt to re-order the same product. This seems like a simple process but too often the exporter substitutes an unsuitable product that does not match the original description either in terms of quality or specification. Moreover, it takes many attempts to get a solution. Often the exporter will reply that the product is correct or that the customer ordered the wrong thing. Customer care is helpful but response time should be lesser than 24 hours.

There is a difficulty to have extra inquiries and the told reason by tradekey that the products are not posted even though tradekey account manager is connecting buyer with us since day one. If it’s very important so there should be a process where all the products should be posted by tradekey manager so that we can utilize our paid services at optimum level.

To me tradekey was just known as b2b website that can give buyers from international market and only few were workable. I was talking with my friend about a professional company video, he asked me to outsource this activity to tradekey. The price need to be think over but the quality they shared is remarkable. May be in a month or two, I can use this service of tradekey.

While I was planning a business tour, I got a call from tradekey, offering me premium membership but I excused them that I am going for a business trip and would get back to you after that. She asked for the purpose of the trip and I told her that I am going to find new contacts for business expansion. She then introduced that they can help me to introduce business contacts there. I asked for a test service which they agreed to over a minimal amount. I was surprisingly happy that they arranged 3 business meetings in China and 5 business meetings in UAE.

Doing trade on b2b sites like tradekey is a gamble. If you win, it’s a great deal but if you lose, you can lose hopes of international trade. I lost hopes when I was unable to see results and wrote many negative reviews. After I saw a sample order I realized that I was wrong and I said sorry to my buddy in tradekey. I would advise that be sure to initiate the growth process before you give tradekey review. Give it a few days to make sure there is no stone unturned in order to achieve targeted results.

This is an awesome site to get discounted item from. I've been buying from tradekey for around 2.5 years and generally have been exceptionally upbeat. I will state recently it appears running into all the more awful venders. I've received items that broken, half full, not right shading, plastic when assume to be glass, and so forth. Tradekey has dependably favored me when I have a debate which is the reason I keep on purchasing from here. Simply be careful that there are some awful vendors out there. Search for merchants with additional time and experience!
