TradeKey.comReviews of tradekey.com

We have had great service with tradekey, one order neglected to convey anyway tradekey account supervisor guaranteed full security from scammers and i was extremely delighted with that. Quick for the most part to deliver order and they land in great time. Other than that, i was worried while dealing with the people on internet because it’s very difficult to find out whether the person is scam or not.

SEO Service of tradekey takes months to show the results. They make me to wait for 4 months since I paid for the SEO. I was expecting that my website would be on 1st page in one month. I don’t know why they take a lot of time to come on Google 1st page may be due to the price they offer.

Logging in tradekey account is part of my daily practices. I always send reply to all the inquiries in tradekey inbox. The most important and my favorite is to check the parties to whom I have sent messages previously, whether they are active or inactive. There are only few who are serious buyers. One of them stopped replying since I quoted him price of the items. I tried everything, I called him, sent him email many times but no response. At last I urged customer care of tradekey to help me. It was just a try to ask them for help. After a week, tradekey gave his new whatsapp number which helped me a lot. This is surprisingly a good gesture and made me consistent user of tradekey.

I was disappointed with my existing website because of design and many programming issues. It was a lucky moment when business analyst from tradekey informed me that he can fix the issue in reasonable charges. I just shared all my credentials of the web. It was surprisingly awesome when I saw a complete new website. I was so happy that I gifted him with additional money transfer. Before I never found in tradekey reviews that tradekey also make websites.

I love trading from Tradekey, the top-secret is to find a good seller and then you go. The only complaint I have is that the site malfunctions so many times when posting products I can't attach any photos. Further, I have never been able to place pictures in the description which seems very easy but is actually a very complex process. After improving these little things and you're excellent. I have sent so many e-mails to tradekey support team, but they never got back to me less than 24 hours.

Ryan went beyond and further than his duty to help me in all necessary actions like price quotation, taking follow-ups and referring a trusted shipping company to customers. For me it was challenging to stay active on portal and interact with buyers for pricing and other details as I need to spend most of the time in physical market, my account manager tackled it all and acted as a partner in trading. I am very impressed with his accuracy and the time he took to get things done.

This is sometimes is just Ok site, blend of theoretically reliable and unreliable sellers who want to deal with me privately from tradekey system. It seems like that the sellers feel insulted if I want to ensure that the seller is not spam and phisher. They should be open and fair to buyers, in fact, they should come up with the solution that they can win our trust. Whenever I found a genuine seller at tradekey, the products are outstanding and delivered almost in time at good price. Sometimes the interface is a bit heavy so overall a mixed review but can be fantastic.

Every time we import from tradekey sellers, we expect reliable customer service or support on the website. Apparently, when we deal with international suppliers shared by tradekey account manager we expect them as filtered and authentic suppliers. I have faced a delay in delivery of charcoal items as compared to the time mentioned in the contract. For this problem we expect tradekey to help us exclusively, but I would review that tradekey is good and need to improve in supplier filtration.
