Stay away from this site. I just received response from my initial review April 12 2020 that was 8 months ago Do you want to do business with a company that responds 8 months after the fact. Buyer b
Undercut original quote by $50 due to a tiny scratch at power plug in Other companies do not charge to get paid thru paypal this one does They hide this info in their lengthy legalease Who reads this stuff poor ethics

Thank you for your review. We try our best to describe the condition on our site. If there is damage found to change the condition, we provide images and reasoning to why it changed. We allow for free returns if the quote is not acceptable. We state on our site that PayPal charges a fee for using their service. We offer check and Amazon gift card which does not have a fee. Sorry for your experience. We handle all trade-ins with care and are packaged in padded envelopes once received. This item had damaged when received and we provided images of the damage. Item was returned free of charge. Thank you for using TradeInMyTech.

The time it takes it not close to what…
The time it takes it not close to what you advertise. I sent it out on 1/7/20. It’s exactly 1 month and I still have not received my check. Answers to emails are very vague at best with no direct responses to what was asked.

We are sorry for the delay in the check arrival. The checks are shipped directly from the bank using USPS and rarely can get delayed or lost. In this case the check was lost and we issued a new one. Thank you for using TradeInMyTech.

The trade in value for my 2 Samsaug…
The trade in value for my 2 Samsaug phones was reduced from $80.00 each to $15.00 each and it took over 3 weeks to receive payment..Not worth the time. False advertising!

Not to be trusted
Sent in a phone with no signs of use, took pictures before sending in. Mysteriously it allegedly arrived with scratches on front and back and they had to drop my quote by $100. Even after I presented pictures showing otherwise. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was quoted a lowball offer and when I refused and requested my phone back-ALL I WAS IWAS GIVEN was "It's been returned". No tracking number, no estimated return time-NOTHING. And this was DAYS after and between responses. I keep asking them for proof, since it has been ANOTHER week and I STILL haven't received my phone back! If this continues, I WILL be taking legal action.
