Transparent and fair trade in service. Where the payment versus the quote differed, they provided clear photos and reasons (some details I didn't notice because they're not relevant to me as a user, but understand and agree with their assessment because they were detailed). Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the quoted processing times and the actual vary...a lot. Took 13 days (9 business days) from when they received my equipment to their evaluation and confirmation of payment.

I sent in 2 to of the line Samsung phones for trade-in. I did a lot of comparisons. TradeInMyTrade by far has the best trade-in prices. I shipped both phones to their Chicago office with the free shipping label. Within 2 days they told me they got my phones and are evaluating them. It supposed to take 2-3 days. Somehow a week has passed and no news. I contacted them via their web/online email tool. No responses. I tried to call their Chicago office number. No one picked up the phone. I tried emailing them by responding to the original email that they sent me. Finally after close to 10 days, they emailed me that they accepted all my phones with full prices as quoted. Within hours the money is paid via. Zella. They could be a little bit quicker and more responsive. At the end they still got it done and the price that quoted. Overall I am still happy and satisfied.

I didn't receive the amount originally offered, but the adjusted offer was fair for Surface 7 Pro.

Although I got what I was quoted it did take longer than was advertised to receive my payment.

Well this was my first time, and it was great,and very easy to set up and sell my phone and earbuds and it was fast and very secure I was very happy that the tech dealt with pay pal and the payment was fast, and I will do it again if i have any more electronics to sell.

I think you guys could have paid more than that. It’s like new!

They need to provide status tracking instead of me asking via email. They did answer the emails promptly though. All in all, a pretty good experience. Thanks!

Best price I found for a 2 year old bricked iPad Pro. Did have some issues removing it from my iCloud account so transaction took longer than expected. But overall a good experience.
