Didn't give me price (OVER $70 LESS) I was quoted because of 2 tiny marks you almost need a nigh power magnifying glass to see. ***NOT RECOMMEND***

Simple process, inaccurate description
The process was simple but the description was not accurate. I sent in an open box but new, exactly what one of their descriptions of new was on their selling page, but they didn't honor it.

Pricing of equipment sent.
I sent in two additional items for the computer that were not on the list of things and they were not taken into consideration when repricing the Surface Pro 4.

Will cheapen your original price
Overall quick with sending the money but my item was definitely in mint condition and they knocked down the price so that they could save money and claim it was in good condition. Seriously this thing was in amazing condition!

Service was good
Service was good, a little disappointed in the valuation of Microsoft Surface was traded in. The process was simple and easy to use.

Good initial experience, less than optimum outcome
Communications were good, clear and concise. Process of shipping items to TradeInMyTech was very easy. However, apparently the lack of clarity in describing the item and getting an initial quote is a bit unclear and incomplete, as one of the iPhones that I shipped was severely devalued despite being as the original description was made on the website. Also a computer was knocked down slightly in price as they said the charger was not original, however it was the exact same item that came with the device from Microsoft. I would understand if a item was completely different or misrepresented and then the price offered changes, but when you ship your item(s) off and then are offered substantially less it does leave a person with a feeling of being held hostage with limited choices to resolve. However I would do business with TradeInMyTech again, just make sure to document what you send in better.

They are what they say
They are what they say, definitely not an internet scam. They are helpful and prompt, but the slightest percentage of a variance from the Customers evaluation and the offer drops, DRASTICALLY! i had an offer of $210 for a phone that was returned w/o physical blemish, in the original box, shipped it and the new offer was $51. Trustworthy, yes. Just dont get your hopes up. Brian
