This is type of the shop that woos you with a high valuation but does everything in their power to find something wrong with the device you send in so that they can significantly knock down the valuation. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rip off. Offered me $350 for a brand new never used phone that sells for $700+. After I finally decided to just do it and send them my phone, they changed their offer to $275. They sent me the payment via PayPal and took days to tell PayPal they received my phone causing a major issue in my PayPal account. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

I would not recommend this service. Never again.

The paypal transfer fee for the trade in proceeding is payed by the customer without knowing in advance.

Terrible service. Sent a pristine conditioned Microsoft surface duo in, it was barely used and barely past point of day I couldn’t return to store. Now I understand it was around thanksgiving and they could be backed up, but that 3 business days to get your money? Forget it, it took them almost a week just to mark it received after tracking said it was delivered and only did so after I sent them a message which they were friendly and helpful but that would be the last time they responded to my messages. They appraised it as like new condition for 852$, however when I finally got a new email after them ignoring me that entire time not only was it almost 2 weeks later but they dropped the offer to $502. Now I will say the original charger wasn’t included and yes they have every right to knock the price down but then they made up some Bull$&@( claim that they had to pry the sim tray out and included pics of the sim tray where they clearly had put some marks around the pinhole used to eject the tray which I know for a fact wasn’t there to begin with bc I took pictures of the whole phone before sending and they clearly weren’t there before. I do believe however that their initial appraisal was slightly high than I would have expected but that’s their fault not mine, but Godamn it was a slap in the face to receive the counter offer 350$ less than the first and after being ignored for 2 weeks it’s just not worth them sending it back w new damage they put on the phone not to mention who knows when I’d get it back so I just accepted the offer. Go to buyback world, this company is $hit

I canceled the transaction after you changed the price. Period. I didn't ask for the old price. You then reimposed the original price after I canceled and basically stole my computer. I would never expect an online retailer to act in this manner. Would never use you again.

My first time I ever sent them an item. I’m used to Decluttr, as well as BuyBackWorld. But since this gave a higher, instant quote, I decided to take the risk, despite the 50/50 reviews. To cut it this way, I will never go through them again. Why you may ask? The communication was very poor. I had to go to their website so many times to check on my status regarding my sold device. It said processed for more than a week, then it changed to ‘On Hold,’ which I NEVER got an email from them regarding this change. And when I asked what the update was, I got an email back many days later... someone with an ‘attitude,’ giving me an answer like I SHOULD HAVE known. Really..? I’ve dealt with customer service before as a job a long time ago, but I would never do such thing to a customer regarding updates. This is ridiculous. I was very worried and concerned, thinking it must be a scam at that point. When they finally reviewed the item, they sent me pictures, saying there were imperfections when my device was barely used and they were very minor. They took a chunk off of the original quote so I denied it and wanted my device back. They sent me an email back that they paid me since it’s my ‘first time’ with them. At least I got paid, right..? I won’t complain about that, but they REALLY NEED to COMMUNICATE. To THEIR own CUSTOMERS! With this pandemic, I don’t know if you guys are busy. Some shops aren’t busy. You could have at least sent an email regarding a HOLD on MY and OTHERS orders! I was super worried!! Shipped my item on JUNE 24th and got my money on the JULY 15th. Wow. That took a long time.... All the other devices I sold through the websites I mentioned were quick and reliable within good communication. Never again.
