It takes a lot longer to get paid than the other websites. Also, I am receiving less money than I was originally expecting. I only accepted the new offer only because I did not want to go through everything again. I’m still waiting for the check to come. In conclusion, I will not be a returning customer!

I got ripped off for 2080 super card. Those cards were between $700-$1100. That's how much I wanted to get back!

To be honest I was going after the highest offer for my Galaxy S10 and I made some mistakes in my evaluation of the phone and basicly they did what they said they would. My issue was with the damage assesment of the phone . They found what looked more like dust then damage the only reason I took the offer was by the time I had it shipped back I would have been about what all the other sites were offering. Moral to the story is dont let the $$$ signs make your decision do more research than I did .

I think my unused surface laptop 2 was in mint condition; just didn't use it. They offered $350. I sent it, they said it was scratched up and reduced the price to $300. I told them to cancel the transaction. I've changed my mind. Thus far they've refused and paid me the original money. I canceled and want my device back.

Poor communication; lack of clarity around PayPal payment (seller is required to pay fee to receive payment); no confirmation of which email address is used for PayPal payment. All around "okay" experience; wouldn't use again.

We allow for free returns if the quote is not acceptable. We state on our site that PayPal charges a fee for using their service. We offer check and Amazon gift card which does not have a fee. Previously, I was very impressed with your team. However, lately what should be characterized as good is dropped to fair in my opinion. Additionally, when sending questions, your response times are days out, if I get one at all. I hope this improves. Right now, I'm quite disappointed.

I decided to try this company and I am not very satisfied with their policy. Of all the questions pertaining to the condition of my ipad no mention was made of an engraving on the case. My ipad was flawless otherwise and in perfect working condition. Not long ago I purchased a reconditioned ipad and no mention was made that it was engraved with a couple's names. I would suggest that the company mention this in their questions about the condition. My offer was reduced by 50$ because of this.
