Payment was sent to customer in the amount of $460 to their Zelle account on file on 11/8/22. Proof of payment was provided to customer via email.

After submitting my device to TradeInMyTech, I was contacted with a new offer which I accepted. However, the payment I received was below the amount quoted. I reach out to customer service via email and was told that they paid me the amount I should receive. I questioned why it was below the “New Quote” they emailed me, but never heard back. I believe they should honor the amount they quoted, rather than a “bait and switch” con.

Honestly i am not happy with service i traded in new like laptop for which i was promised 500$ but they found out trivial issues and reduced price to 350 for new latest laptop; i will never do business again

Customer said item was brand new but item received had signs of use on the casing and was without box and charger. We provide images of any discrepancies in condition that result in quote changes. The quote change was accepted by customer and processed.

Sent my phone in and never got payment. DO NOT USE THEM! Sent an email and they said they would mail out a check. After a month I sent another email and now they are not responding. Looking into getting legal help.

Proof of payment was provided to customer after check never arrived. Check was deemed to be lost in transit and reissued.

Got offer for 177. Got there over a week. Countered offer to 152 saying cracked near charging port and screen bulching with pictures. Surface duo is not even mine in the picture. I accepted the counter offer to avoid the return hassle and probably making me pay for shipping. And also getting a broken device back. My device got original case and no screen protector on it and no crack.

We provide images of any discrepancies in condition that result in quote changes, with this item having a cracked frame near the charge port that was not mentioned but there was no issue with the screen that you are saying. The quote change was accepted by customer and process.

Crap customer service, phone number is just forward to VM and you can never speak to a love person; email is just as crappy, I had to leave a threatening VM before they would reply to my email. It was supposed to take a week from time of receipt to receive the funds according to their processing times but it took 3 weeks, 4 calls, and three emails before the trade was processed. This place is trash, do yourself a favor and trade your devices with a company who’s responsive and sticks to their timelines.

Gave me a low ball offer then claimed that the brand new in the box phone directly from Samsung had damage and lowered the offer even more.

We provide images of any discrepancies in condition that result in quote changes, with this item having scratches on the back of the phone. This item was a replacement from Samsung, which are not brand new devices and often refurbished. The quote change was accepted by customer and payment was process.
