It was very easy to get an estimate for my iPads. They provided a shipping label so I could quickly package them up and send them off. My check arrived quickly and for the estimated amount!

Received notification that because of one tiny area on iPad which was hardly noticeable that they reduced my payout. After advising them I checked over the iPad extensively and did not see it, I requested the iPad be returned to me. Soon after that, I received notification that they would pay me the original quote since it was a very tiny area. After that, I received my payment in less than 5 days.

I've been using TradeInMyTech for several years. They are very fair in their valuations and have a quick turnaround. Very painless to work with them. Would highly recommend over trading in with others. I've traded in both Google and Apple products.

The process was very easy. They offered a fair price, and was quick to evaluate and accept my trade in. I was instantly paid, and would definitely use TradeInMyTech again! My only suggestion is to maybe offer the availability to be sent a shipping box with packing materials. I had to go out and get my own box and materials and then attached the prepaid label that the website sent me. Other than that, 100% happy customer, thanks!

The process to send in my tech was super easy and happened really fast, if you have Zelle I highly recommend using that to receive your payment since the transfer occurs immediately once they send the money. I thought my iPad was in mint condition but there was a slight dent on the casing which reduced the amount I got, I found it fair and reading the other reviews of people complaining about it obviously don’t realize that they’re going to be thorough with their inspection and find cosmetic damages you would think aren’t that major. The great thing about this is if you’re not happy with the amount they will send your things back to you. As someone who works for an electronics company who accepts trade ins for devices I found the amount they offered WAY better than what I would have gotten at my place of work. I would definitely recommend this trade in service if looking for the most amount for your old devices.

Found a new company to sell my tech to and received top dollar for. Didn't feel like I got ripped off or cheated. The service was fast and honest and the customer service was very polite and friendly. Will definitely be using there services again!
