I'm in the midst of the installation process, and while the product seems promising, there's a noticeable lack of detailed information regarding its capabilities and procedures. The live support is either incredibly slow or completely unresponsive, and it's becoming quite frustrating.

Horrible customer support. I had misfortune of dealing with super slow and careless customer support. I had been following up for three days with them. Finally they responded and told me that they i dont need to wait and they will complete the settings and confirmed me settings are done. They opened some sample trades on my funded account without informing me and letting them run to just blow out the account. I tried to contact them for doing the settings correctly. They already did few times but cannot make it work. I have all the evidence so please be careful as copier doesnt work and many of advertisement is false.

Incredible software. I didn't realize this sort of thing even existed until a friend of mine sent me this, the closet I can think of is Cornix which is kind of terrible in comparison. So many options are given. Reasonable pricing too, really nice.
