Evreything is fine, but it really bothers me that I can't copy signals directly from the topic (supergroup) because it doesn't have a dedicated ID. If this could be fixed somehow, everything would be great. Thank you!

On my end, configuring TSC requires a huge amount of work and constant cooperation with support just to get it working properly. This is the third week and I still can't configure the app with Telegram groups. There are constantly some errors and the signals are not being read correctly. In my opinion, the app is unfinished, and the advertisements are highly misleading to users regarding its simple installation. On the other hand, I would like to praise the support team for their very efficient work and for providing great, quick assistance.

The setup is to complex for me and some of the onboarding videos are outdated already. Furthermore, the customer service wasn't willing to give me a refund and wanted me to make them a video why its to complex for me :D Keep your money guys...

Refund policy: They will only refund if you can prove that it doesn't work as advertised, proved but end up nothing, doubt if anyone actually able to get their refund. Had several occasion where the signal only arrives after few hours, didn't happen recently, not sure if they fixed or just being lucky. Cannot pick up certain signal format while one of the competitors able to do so, price about the same in term of lifetime. Lightweight app. Personally, some of the cons of this copier can be overcome with some technique so it still usable for me with some limitations. The supports, some are good, some are bad, it depends on luck, not going to highlight those who did well, i think they know who they are, thank you for the help! And the bad one, please improve. In a nutshell, personally usable but there is better alternative.

I really love the software and the personal configurations make me get some blues even if it's not always my Tps. I do love using TSC. And also I love the new features. Thanks to all TSC Staffs. Much love.💯💯

Customer support team are very responsive and it needs to be as setting up the copier to trade is not easy. Firstly the parameters in the TSC copier need to be set up and then the parameters in the EA on the trading platform need to be set up. Get a setting wrong and it will miss trades. Installation instructions and videos are very good. However, the parameter setting instructions are ambiguous and misleading. Fortunately the users in the chat group are very helpful. If you need remote support after your first free session you have to pay for it, $20 for three sessions. Without the remote support I would have given up and looked for another copier.

I am using the TSC for a couple of days and have had some mixed experiences. In the beginning it made trades, but unfortunately with poor money management, i.e. trades were closed too early. If you want to adjust it, nothing may work at all because the settings are very complicated. In the end, the software no longer trades at all. One or two trades here and there over three days from countless signals. The software shows that the signals have been received, Expert tab says that the trades have been executed. But that is not the case. Even if it seems unbelievable, but fortunately the support has so far believed me that I am not receiving any trades. The good thing I can say is that the support is very dedicated. You sometimes have to wait a long time and explain things several times and also send endless screenshots and logs, but they do their best to solve the problem. I hope that in the end they really do manage it. I really need the software to work. I will update this feedback as soon as it is done and change it accordingly, because basically I have a good impression of the company

After I purchased the product I realised the error: I thought it’s another copier. Of course they refused the refund. I thought let’s give it a try. If a channel sends signals on more than 2 formats the copier will miss one of them. Only one extra format can be added in their configuration. Second of all there is no way knowing where the order is coming from because it doesn’t put channel names in the order comment. I asked again for a refund and they come up with all kind of ridiculous excuses to refuse the refund. Do not buy this product, stay away! UPDATE: It has started to work after support offered some troubleshooting sessions. Will keep testing and update as it goes!
