Support team answered the questions I had, helped setting up correctly yo avoid the issues I had due to wrong configuration. Also guided me on what keywords to enter to reduce the amount of errors caused due to wrong entry on keywords. Still waiting to see the results this program will offer starting next month now that i have everything set up correctly. Would just suggest to inform how communication should be driven through telegram as I was replying to the message received and seems like they werent able to see my message until the reply wasnt done from the original message received

There were a lot of hiccups initially. Their IT assistance team especially Nico, was very helpful and navigated through all my problems. Highly recommended

This EA works well, it take some time to get all the settings right so start with demo or lowest lot. + The support is very helpful!

I am very happy with TSC. I have been using it already for a while, and it works great. The support via telegram is really amazing, that is what surprised me the most. They reply and help in everything. Why not giving them 5 stars? I think they need to improve the videos and guides they have in their website. By your own, is very difficult to install the TSC properly at first. In any case, I had to contact them many times because I could not find in their website what is needed. Anyways, I am very very happy with them. Also, they do updates every now and then, which means this is a long term project, and tha is something that, as a costumer, I appreciate a lot and gives me much confidance in their product potential.

I’m very happy with Telegram Signal Copier! It took me a little time and effort to understand how everything works, but once you get the hang of it, the software runs smoothly and reliably. I’ve reached out to the support team on Telegram several times, and almost every time the service was perfect — fast, friendly, and very helpful. They were able to solve all my questions and issues without any problems. A special thank you to Shelby, who assisted me via remote access after I switched from a VM to a VPS — amazing support! All in all, a great tool — just takes a little getting used to at first.

I purchased the trial and cancelled the subscription as my broker (FundedNext Prop Firm - ctrader) does not allow copiers. Nice website,nice interface. Software does what it claims, as long as you can configure the settings appropriately. I found it a bit frustrating to get it set up but the customer support is friendly & was always there to help. The customer support seems a bit disjointed and it seems like you are talking to a new person when talking about one issue and have to often explain the issue again from the start. May consider reusing the software in future if i use another broker that allows copiers. I minus 1 star for customer support during my own experience. Just need to be a bit more effective and efficient in helping customers get correct config settings so we can start trading quicker.
