Bought this copier because it was cheaper than the competition, but it was a big mistake. The support is active, but always answers generically, and never gives clear and concise explanations. It was a real pain to configure the settings using the MT4 interface, and really difficult to find settings. Took me 2 days messing with the settings to finally get a grasp of it. Finaly after configuring, it was always disconnecting and missing multiple signals. Out of 12 signals that I have received in one day, it only took one of them. I have addressed to the support team for a refund, to which they denied.

I can not recommend this copier enough, it's fast, affordable, mostly importantly the customer support that comes along is just incredible, they will help with all your inquries. Nico helped with my issue today thats been troubling me for days!

Une société ou une programe qui ne respecte pas ses clients ça fait plus que 7 mois que j'ai payé pour une licence le programme ne fonction pas bien il a ratte toujours des trades et le grand malheur le support il ne repend qu'après une journée ou deux journées pour pose de la question manque de savoir faire.

I have been using TSC for quite some time now and the team are always helpful with providing parameters / settings for new channels which I add. I have recently upgraded to version 5.1 (from 5.0). Firstly, this was a free upgrade with some great new features. There is a suggestions area in their telegram community channel and it is great to see that they have been listening to suggestions for new features etc. The new upgrade went well, but I wasn't receiving any trading signals. I have to admit, I did an installation over the previous version rather than a fresh install, so I think this may have caused the issue. However, Sarah was amazing. She logged in to my terminal remotely via AnyDesk, created a telegram test channel to generate some test signals and did a full / fresh install. She also removed some of the old obsolete files and generally did a tidy up of my terminal settings. She also checked my EA settings whilst she was there to make sure everything was correct. Really pleased with the help and support I have had since using TSC, but was especially impressed with the help received from Sarah today. What a great team - thank you.
